Hi girls!
Today for me was S&H Shoulders and then supposed to be a 30 minute Interval Run. I wish! Instead I did the All Cardio Premix from Cardio Core Circuit! YIKES! I did 35 minutes of it, actually, skipping the last drill segment. that was enough! That cardio is tough!!!
No DOMS from S&H legs yesterday. How weird is that? I was shaking! oh well! At least I won't walk like an old woman today!
Belinda: Hope you find a good workout today! ALways a good feeling to have clean teeth! I know, I haven't done the S&H in soooo long, it's like all new workouts for me! Tomorrow is Bi's and Tri's, I'm looking forward to it!
Debbie: That IS a great calorie burn! And you liked it? that's all that counts! Is your leg still feeling ok? Did you stretch/roll it out yet today?
Nora: Thanks for the info on Jillian's Ab workout. I want to get the new Bob workout too, Ultimate Cardio Workout! have you seen that one? Actually, Bob and Jillian do similiar style workouts, cardio and weighted moves together. And they are tough!
