I have no idea, what wo I will do today:p Went to the dentist this morning, for a cleaning. Glad that's done;)

Today was cardio and I chose Strikezone. Haven't done that one in a long time. Had a really good workout. This one doesn't get my HR up all that high, I probably should use my 1# gloves when doing this one. Still, got a good calorie burn with it.

Hi girls!

Today for me was S&H Shoulders and then supposed to be a 30 minute Interval Run. I wish! Instead I did the All Cardio Premix from Cardio Core Circuit! YIKES! I did 35 minutes of it, actually, skipping the last drill segment. that was enough! That cardio is tough!!!

No DOMS from S&H legs yesterday. How weird is that? I was shaking! oh well! At least I won't walk like an old woman today!

Belinda: Hope you find a good workout today! ALways a good feeling to have clean teeth! I know, I haven't done the S&H in soooo long, it's like all new workouts for me! Tomorrow is Bi's and Tri's, I'm looking forward to it!

Debbie: That IS a great calorie burn! And you liked it? that's all that counts! Is your leg still feeling ok? Did you stretch/roll it out yet today?

Nora: Thanks for the info on Jillian's Ab workout. I want to get the new Bob workout too, Ultimate Cardio Workout! have you seen that one? Actually, Bob and Jillian do similiar style workouts, cardio and weighted moves together. And they are tough!

I just finished my workout. I'm really enjoying Kettlebells. I have to say that "New Providence" there is a section where its a figure 8 static holds I think are way too fast to follow at least for me the other day. I like Lauren Brooks seems to be at a pace that is doable for someone some what new to kettlebells and easy to follow.

here's today's workout:

Rapid Fire: Kickbox & Core Burn- Premix#3 =34:29
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 348
Premix#3= Warm Up, KB#1,Heavy Bag= 34 Min

Lauren Brooks Ultimate Sculpt & Conditioning with Kettlebells- Joint Mobility Warm up= 5 Min and then The 40 min workout= 45 Min
Met Value 6.50- 7.0 Medium to High intensity.
Calories burned= 430

Jackie Warner-Xtreme Abs- Floor work only= 17 Min
Calories burned= 116
Met Value= 5.0

Total calories burned= 894:cool:

chris- both Bob and Jillian have new workouts that are available in March I'm sort of looking at those as possibilities for adding to my DVD fitness library.

Tonite I did Star Trainer Strength in Motion with Kimberly Spreen that I got from Netflix thought its only 20mins how tough can it be well let me tell you I am probably not going to be able to walk tomarrow.

I never got a workout in today, my head is killing me today:confused: All day long I had that huge sinus headache, it wouldn't go away:(

Chris - I was wondering about that premix, lol! I need to do that premix soon, lol. Nice job, on your shoulder wo today.

Nora - glad you enjoy KB's! Never tried those, maybe one day? Nice workout and cal burn girl
