Ripped w/HiiT- HiiT Circuit Upper Body= 46 Min
MV= 8.50
CB= 534
Total calories burned= 789

Debbie- Hi! When I use workout manager, I just log in and use my password, then click on calendar, and click on date and day I wish to enter something for. For example for XTrain Chest, Back, & Shoulders= 51 Min (no premixes just full workout), Met Value (MV)= 6.50, Calories burned (CB)= 453. Once you select dvd just scroll down to Xtrain and look for the one you want click on that. Then you can either use that or if you did a premix from that one click on None down arrow to select correct premix. Or if you are doing a non Cathe dvd select dvd, then scroll down to other, then enter the length of workout and the met value and from there it calculates the calories burned. What I do with non cathe dvd's using the other. I find a Cathe workout that seems closest in type and intensity and use that met value. This is what I do to get the info I do. Now with MyFitnessPal I do not enter the workout as weights because It wants to know what weight, exercise, reps etc. for each thing. I just enter it under cardio, add a workout and length of dvd workout and calories burned from info given in workout manager. Now the calories burned given in workout manager I would think is meant as a ball park number some people may burn more or less depending on their own stats and fitness level which varies with each person. As you know the calories burned can vary on each device as well so I use the workout manager because it gives me a ball park number and I already use the workout manager and it doesn't cost me anything, so no worries. I hope that explains things, just play with the workout manager and you'll see what I mean. Great workout today girlfriend, you rocked it!! Impressive weights you used too, Killer workout girlfriend!
