Total Calories burned= 799

I'm all done for today and glad that i got it done. So far I'm really enjoying Les Mills Combat aka Body Combat. I hope all of you are doing well and still smiling from a wonderful Christmas experience.

Tonite I did CLX Lean Circuit 2 for the last time and then the TM. I am hoping to have the new workouts to start the new year. Friday is my last day at work kind of sad about that.

Belinda-thank you now if only my bf% would go down some more its still at 29%.

Good Morning,

One more day after today and I join the world of unemployed even thought the boss lady has been begging me to stay. Tonite is cardio of some kind it will depend on how much time I have and then core.

Belinda-sounds like I could get them right after the first of the year which is ok because next week is a recovery week, I will be busy packing.

Hi girls!

Been MIA, so busy with Christmas! I worked Sunday overnight, but then was off Christmas Eve and Christmas Night. It was very nice, spent lots of good time with my family.

I took a TOTAL rest day on Christmas.

yesterday I did Les Mills Body Combat Ultimate Warriors Workout , Live. It was a BLAST!! My favorite one so far. Did you do that one yet, Nora? I also added on my 70 Kettlebell Swings/Squats.

today was Muscle Endurance and 100 KB Swings/Squats.

I'm really looking forward to Xtrain coming soon! maybe start it next week!?! That would be too cool!

Nora: you are doing great with Combat!! And mixing it up with Body Pump, too. Very cool! Hope you have a nice Christmas with your family!!!

Belinda: Hope your foot is starting to do a bit better and you've found some goo dworkouts to do to help it recover! I must have a very mild PF. It barely hurts anymore. I think Insanity cardio might have injured my foot.

Roxie: YAY for the weight loss and last day of work!!! Did you find a place to live yet? When are you moving down there?

The bosses have asked me to work part time and I am seriously considering it. I haven't done a workout yet.

Chris-no on a place to live yet dh has been busy with the holidays hoping to really start looking after the first of the year. I can't wait for the new workouts.

Hi Girls!!!

Today I did Body Combat Shock Plyo HiiT 2. I started doing HiiT 1, but it was all weight work, and I just did Muscle End yesterday. So I switched over!

I also did my 80 KB Swings! :eek:

Hope everyone hit it hard today!!!!

Roxie, Would you consider staying on PT at your job? Or do you need to be out of your house by the new year?

No workout for today. I was planning to workout today but had a bad side effects to last nights MS injection which makes me have a very high concentrated dose of the flu complete with fevers, chills, weak muscles, headaches, and very poor balance besides feeling like I've been beat up with a baseball bat. So, not fun oh well you can understand why I was not able to workout. I hope to be able to workout tomorrow so if so I will do today's workout tomorrow instead.

I will try to rest up up today and fight this yuk feeling. Hugs to everyone and blessings.;):)

Good Afternoon,

I am having my family for christmas tomarrow and I really am not excited about it at all. Tonite will be CLX Lean Circuit 3 and cardio if I have time.

Chris-I own my house I can move out whenever I want and I am going to work 3 days a week but only 9-2 so I have 2 days to a week to look for a place and my afternoons to pack. I just want all of this to be over with, I am starting to get depressed its so overwhelming.

I did feel better today, still a bit of a headache but nothing symptom wise like yesterday. It was definitely my body reacting to the medication. I haven't had that type of reaction for a long time but it can still happen and its always unpredictable. I did workout today as a make up for yesterday's workout.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Pump 'n Shred= 48 Min
MV= 6.50
Calories burned= 426

Les Mills Combat- Combat 30 Kick start= 30 Min
MV= 7.50
Calories burned= 307

Total Calories burned= 733;)

That's it for me today. I did get my Xtrain in the mail today and will take time to go through that.

Hey all!

Wicked headache at work last night and today. I tried all kinds of meds, I slept. Nothing helped. I've also been getting hot flashes to my face , and the headache came after. I almost wonder if it's some type of migraine ? Not that it helps it get any better.

I also tried exercise. I did Athletic Step, minus the blast at the end. I subbed in my 85 KB swings for that part.

Belinda: How do you do HiiT with your feet problems? Won't that aggravate it/make it worse? Are you being a bad girl?!?!?

Nora: Sorry you've been so icky sick!! Sounds miserable. Nice job getting something done today!! And Les Mills. Can't beat that!

Roxie: Hope you have unexpected good time with your family tonight. It's a hard time to be dealing with all you're going through.

I had a really nice time with my family the meal was a success and then the girls played cards while the guys watched football. I got my new workouts in the mail can't wait to watch them.

I trust your Christmas was wonderful! Mine sure was! Now we head for the New Year! :eek:

Remember when I kept asking if Candace has any workouts? Well she does. Her website is Candace Grasso Home - Fit Is It - I downloaded the Run Fit workout and di that one today.

The workout was AWESOME! This is the only running workout she has so far, I really hope she makes more. This is what it consisted of:

Run Fit
Warmup - 6 minutes
Steady State - 10 minutes
Challenge #1 - 8 - 30 second sprints w/30 second rest
Recovery & Steady State - 10 minutes
Challenge #2 - 3 - 2 minute tempo runs, 2 minute rest
Cool Down - 6 minutes

It was 50 minutes of pure bliss. I can't wait to do this one again.

CARDIO STATS:
55 minutes total
5 minutes below zone
20 minutes in zone
34 minutes above zone
485 calories burned
3 miles traveled


I totally recommend this workout. Anyone who loves Cardio Coach will definitely love this one.

Debbie- Yes, I do remember you asking if anyone knew if Candace from the one Cardio Coach sessions she did with Coach Sean had any other stuff out. I'm happy you did find her again and got to download a run workout from her. It sounds like you had a great workout, way to go!!! Wishing you a fantastic and Happy New Year.

Good Afternoon,

I was suppose to be babysitting today but dds stepson is at his other grandparents so I am playing hooky from work. We have at least 1/2 inch of snow on the ground but expecting at least 3". I am going to do the CLX Lean Circuit 1 that I missed and some cardio. This week starts my half days of working I will work 9-2 W,Th and Fri. I haven't watched the now workouts yet trying to make it through the book.
