Today was Shoulders and Trap and I had a great workout.

1 minute rest between each set.

SHOULDERS
Dumbbell Military Press - 12's/12 reps - 2 sets (warmup)
Alternate Dumbbell Military Press - 20's/8 reps - 3 sets (up 5#)
***Really felt these. I think my 30# overhead press days are over.

Barbell Front Raise - 25#/10 reps - 4 sets (up 5#)
***Tough tough tough. Last set was brutal.

Lateral Raises - 12's/12 reps - 1 set
Lateral Raises - 13's/12 reps - 2 sets
***Was going to stick with 12's because my right shoulder was bothering me, but after the 1st set I decided to go up 1 more pound.

Bent Over Lateral Raise - 16's/10 reps - 3 sets (up 1#)
***Did a "Y" instead of straight out to the sides. Really felt them.

TRAPS
Barbell Shrugs - 100#/15 reps - 3 sets (up 10#)

Good Morning,

My morning didn't start out so well got up and vomited and my nose is so stuffed up I can't breathe. The wind is blowing really hard and its cold out. I did Turbo Jam 20 min Cardio with wtd. gloves, TF Upper Body 20 Class, and Stretch 10. DH and are going to Topeka to eat at Olive Garden hope my stomach settles down.

Hi girls!

Last day of "Recovery Week", I did Turbo Fire's Stretch 40! Really enjoyed it!! It's a cross between yoga poses and then stretches with the band. Felt good!

Debbie: NICE weightwork today! (as always!). Enjoy the craft fair!

Roxie: wow what's with the puking? and you worked out? and you're going to Olive Garden? be careful. Seems like maybe you should lay low and stay on a light diet? Take care!

Happy Saturday girls:)

I just finished my workout today. I got a late start because I didn't want to miss the civil war college football game Oregon vs Oregon State and Oregon won! Now the ducks are going to the BCS Bowl and are ranked number 2 in the nation. Congrats on the Ducks and the Beavs for a fun day of football for all Oregonians to watch. Go Ducks!

STS Total Body Phase 4 -Core Giant Sets= 9 Min
Met value= 5.0
Calories burned= 61

Used 3lb dumbells and New Green Band.

Total calories burned= 714

That's it for this weeks workouts for me and this completes Cathe's November 2010 rotation for me. I'll start Cathe's December 2010 rotation Monday, can't wait!
