I will do Cardio Recovery today!

I will be back to report my workout and post my leg wo from yesterday!

Today was Legs and Calves and I had a good workout. Legs are feeling like jello right now.

1 minute rest between each set.

LEGS
Squats - 65#/12 reps - 2 sets (warmup)

Squats - 100#/8 reps - 3 sets (up 10#)

Leg Press Station - 210#/10 reps - 3 sets (up 10#)

Dumbbell Plie Squats - 45#/12 reps - 3 sets (up 5#)
***Still wish I had 50# dumbbells. 45# was ok, but could have done way more reps.

Stiff Leg Deads - 90#/12 reps - 3 reps (up 5#)
***This was almost too heavy for 12 reps, but I did them.

Leg Extensions - 80#/15 reps - 3 sets (up 10#)
***Knee wasn't bothering me so this weight felt good.

Barbell Calf Raises - 115#/25 reps - 3 sets (up 15#)
***Toes forward, out and in consecutively.

Sorry I haven't been on this week for personals. I'm off this week and I'm not online much when I'm at home. Hope you are all doing well! I've been reading all your posts!

Roxie - Both of those workouts are endurance total body workouts. Just put them in where Cathe has that kind of workout - like Power Hour, MIS, ME, MM, etc. All of Cathe's total body workouts are high endurance so you can sub any of these for High Reps or the STS Phase 4.
 
Good Morning,

Tonite for me is suppose to be CTX KB, abs and stretch but I am probably going to do some other KBXing and I bought Jackie Warners Crunchless Abs at Walmart this morning. Before I order the new workouts are any of you having problems with them?

Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 348

Premix#3= Warm Up, KB#1,Heavy Bag= 34 Min


Total calories burned= 1001
