I preordered a workout called "Rapid Fire" by Susan Chung:

I got it yesterday. Somehow Tracey Staehle is involved but not sure how, she's not in the workout or is even mentioned in it. So I have no clue. But that's how I found out about the workout - Tracey's website.
Awesome workout! Very fun and Susan is an excellent instructor. Easy to follow, great kickboxing moves and great music.
I was a little upset because my HRM wasn't working for some reason. I ended up having to restart it around 7 minutes into the workout. Not sure whats going on with that thing lately. It's making me mad.
It has 4 segments - Shadow boxing, Aerobic Kickboxing, Heavy Bag and Core work. I did the Shadow Boxing and Aerobic Kickboxing section then did the Core work. I loved all the segments. The ab work was brutal. I really liked it. She uses a 6# med ball, I used my 8# one. Really could feel it, especially in my lower abs.
I'll be reaching for this often, I'm sure!

I was also MIA yesterday. Had a busy day and didn't get near done what I wanted to, but some was done. So I just have to be happy with that!
Yesterday I went for a very brisk (COLD!) run at the park. Enjoyed the heck out of it, seriously, I might be a colder weather runner. It felt amazing! It was just the first 10 minutes where I thought iw as going to die with the wind whipping at me. And then I warmed up and felt like stripping down!
Today I took it easy on myself. I did a lighter cardio, Brazillian Butt Lift's Cardio Axe. it really is a ton of fun, it's brazillian dance cardio. Easy in the beginning, but by the end I'm sweating pretty decently!

Heather: You did a good job at the gym! Yes, doing the pull/chin-ups on a bar makes a GIGANTUAN difference! Nice job!
Jessica: Guess your'e loving Meso 2! .. You had me all flustered the other day thinking you were on the 2011 Cathe Calendar! And I kept looking in my mailbox for it, thinking it go lost in the rain storm! But I noticed today, you're on the 2010 Calendar!!! VERY VERY cool! Congrats to you!!!
