Today I did Turbo Fire 60! OH MY! :eek: I ate crappy yesterday , and my body was not feeling it's best, so it was tough to get through, but I did it and I do feel better!

Debbie, Nice going on the upper body trisets! I like that abs are in it too!

Roxie, Will the dentist fix your broken tooth? WTG on getting through a workout today . Very cool you're doing the workouts the trainer designed for you.

Belinda, I did sign up for the emails for yoga a day, but haven't started yet. Seems very cool! a friend of mine said she has a eating plan starting in September. Have you seen that?

Nora, You really can't beat Les Mills/Cathe combos! You do great workouts every week and always have great plans. I think over all, Les Mills , Chalene and Cathe are my ultimate favorite workouts.

There seems to be some sort of error with the workout manager and it won't let me mark today's workouts as completed. Geez, I swear I did do them and even have sweat soaked clothes to prove it and I need a shower because of it, LOL!!! No doubt the awesome people at SNM that handle the workout manager will fix the problem because they always do. No worries I'll just check in with you all.

Chris-^^^5's and Congrats on today's workout of Tubo Fire - Fire 60, Wow that's a good butt kickin' sweat fest of a workout. Excellent workout and good for you glad that your feeling better. I really do have my go to fave workouts with Cathe, Les Mills Combat, Chalene, and KCM. Cathe is the gold standard and has spoiled me and I tend to reach for the ones I mentioned above mostly so I tend to agree with you on that.

Belinda- Have a wonderful workout today with Cardio and Yoga, sounds like a winning plan to me. You go girl!;):D

Roxie- I understand your mouth hurts after the root canal and you don't really feel up to anything which is completely understandable. Please rest and feel better and take something for pain and just heal up. Oh my, I read that that you did KCM's Power sculpt you are braver than I would be to attempt a workout at all. Good for you and getting in but now please rest and take it easy and let your body heal take those pain pills and feel better;):)

Debbie- I see you did LIS- Upper Body Tri-Sets that's some really good weight work huh. Love all of the LIS and especially the Upper Body and Lower Body Tri-Sets and premixes they are pretty awesome. Glad you're having fun with LIS Tri Sets. I like how you were listening to your body and being careful with shoulder moves and modified if needed. Awesome job and way to take care with your workout as always an awesome workout girlfriend WTG!!.;):D:cool:

I have some exciting news to share with everyone-my daughter Alesia and her friend started their own little sawing business awhile ago and their some of her pillows were featured on a very popular blog Carrie Bradshaw Lied today. I am so proud of them. I am not trying to sell anything-I just wanted to share the news with you all as I am so proud-they got an entire blog post about their pillows:D Alesia gave me some outdoor pillows and I love them. I just finished Turbo Fire EZ45 and Yoga Workout For Abs - Day 4 - 30 Day Yoga Challenge. OMG, it was tough!

Chris - yes, I already signed up for the eating plan:eek: I really like Erin as an yoga instructor. WTG, on TF 60 today. I almost did that one today.

Nora - wow, another intense workout today. You rock, girl! Keep up the good work.

I did cardio today and did Cardio Coach #3. Had a good workout but my legs are so sore from Tuesday and Wednesday's workouts. It was even hard to sit on the floor and stretch after my workout. I think I need to get a yoga workout in this weekend.

Debbie-it is cloudy and rainy here again today makes it hard for us to enjoy our boat. Good job with your workout.

Chris-I have and appointment Aug 19th to get a crown put on the tooth.

I am a bit preoccupied at the moment so please forgive me if I seem off. I got the results of my annual pap and was told it was negative but the HPV test showed elevated levels. I'm not what that means for sure but it does put me in a high risk category for cervical cancer as I understand. I have a call into my doctor to answer my concerns and questions. I did re-schedule for another follow-up exam, pap test and HPV test in six months as suggested. I'm scared out of my mind right now as I wait for more info from doctor. I'd appreciate any and all prayers and healing well wishes.;)

I like all of those but haven't done them in a while and they are also good to do on a stationary bike, just walking, or elliptical too. Love the versatility. Nora: Prayers and good thoughts for you. I may be wrong, but I don't think you will definitely GET cervicle cancer with + HPV, it's just something they keep an eye on. Hopefully someone will sit down and talk to you and answer questions better for you. You sure worked off some anxieties there yesterday!! Almost 1000 calories!!! :eek:

Debbie: Nice run!!! We had so much rain yesterday, and have a confirmed big leak in our roof now. :confused: But today is gorgeous. Hope it is there too!

Roxie: hope your mouth is feeling well. Good workouts!

Belinda: That is very cool about your daughter's business! Nice job on the yoga. I haven't pushed myself into doing them yet. Ugh!! I WANT to, but I have to make a place where my computer is, and I'm not motivated to, ya know?

Today was another Cardio Coach mix workout. I was insane when I put this one together. Good Golly! It was tough. This is the Candace mix I did using her Run Fit workout and her CC #6 workout. Tough, tough, tough!!!

CARDIO STATS:

It was a great Monday morning workout. I'm shocked I did this one so early in the morning!

Chris - Our roof is leaking, too. We have our metal roofing sitting outside but we haven't had time to put it on the roof. Hopefully soon.

I did the trainers Week 7 Workout 1 and it was Kettlebells then I walked on the TM for 30 minutes. I only did 4 rounds of this workout instead of 5 and only 3 rounds of the Turkish Getups they didn't feel right. I can feel this workout in my back on the left side.

Kettlebells (8lbs for everything)
Turkish Getups 8 reps each side
Squat 30 reps
Kettlebell Swings 30 reps
Squat with Front Raise 20 reps
Repeat 5 times.

Debbie-its crazy how hard we workout sometimes and don't realize it until we go back and do something we did before. I hope you get that roof fixed soon we had rain for 3 hours straight this morning, sun is shining now which made it humid.

Chris-hope you get your roof fixed soon.

Belinda-its great to see our kids succeed.

Nora-my sister and neice both had that happen to them they call it a false positive they just have to get retested more often. I also was going to tell you on the workout manager sometimes you have to click on the next day then go back to your day and it will mark complete don't know why but it works for me.

Today was the Lower Body premix from STS Total Body workout. Had a great workout. I really love this one. It's in Triset form.

This is what I did:

Triset #1
Dumbbell Squats - 15's/16 reps
BSS - Dumbbell - 12's/16 reps
Power Barbell Deadlift - 35#/16 reps
**REPEAT with 12 reps each set

Triset #2
Narrow Stance DB Squats - 15's/16 reps
Dumbbell Static Lunge - 12's/16 reps
Stiff Legged Deadlift - 35#/16 reps
**REPEAT with 12 reps each set

Triset #3
Side Slide Lunge - 10's/16 reps
Back Slide Lunge - 10's/16 reps
Wide Stance Deadlifts - 35#/16 reps
