I am done with Meso 3, Week 1, Disc 25, Chest and Back. I love Meso 3:D I also did the Extended stretch.

Warmup:
Flat Bench Press - 45#/12 reps
Flat Bench Press - 45#/12 reps

Workout: 4 sets
Flat Bench Press - 75#/8 reps
Barbell Rows - 75#/8 reps

Flat Bench Chest Flyes - 22's/8 reps
One Arm Row - 26#/8 reps

Incline Barbell Bench Press - 75#/8 reps
Leg Curls instead of Deadlifts - 45#/8 reps

Incline Chest Flyes - 22's/8 reps
One Arm Horizontal Row - 26#/8 reps

?????? My DD bought a few bags of bulgur wheat the last time she was here, the exp. date is 5/5 2010 .I totally forgot about them:confused: Can I still eat it:eek::eek:
 
Hi ladies. Hope everyone is having a good Monday so far. Yesterday I ran and did legs. Today I am debating on either shoulders or biceps at lunch and maybe step after work. Kind of feel a bit glum today. Guess it's a Monday after all.

Belinda - nice job with those weights. Not sure on the exp date....

Tonite for me is CLX Lean Phase 1 and some abs maybe some cardio. This is the last week of CLX and then next week is finally a rest week I think my body needs it. Next month I am going to do Turbo Fire and back off the wts. to see if my wrist heels, I know there is some toning with TF using the bands.

Belinda-good job with your workout those wts. were awesome.

Heather-hope you kick the glums today sounds like you have some good workouts planned for today.
 
Of course it doesn't rain all summer long until we are on vacation. :mad: We were going to head up to the lake on our bikes but I don't see that happening today. Oh well. We have a few things we want to do this week and we still have time to go up to the lake. I just hope the forecast gets a little better for us. However, it is just awesome not worrying about that place I call a job.

Today was Meso 3, Week3, Disc 31, Chest and Back. I cannot believe I only have two more weeks of STS. That went really fast.

Upped my weights 5% to my 90% max and had an awesome workout.

Warmup:
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 65#/12 reps
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 65#/12 reps

Workout:
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 95#/6 reps
Barbell Row - 80#/6 reps
Did 4 sets. 1 min. 30 seconds rest between each set.
***I wanted to hit 100# but didn't quite make it. Oh well.

Flat Bench Chest Flyes - 37's/6 reps
One Arm Row - 45#/6 rest
Did 4 sets. 1 min. 30 seconds rest between each set.

Incline Barbell Bench Press - 90#/6 reps
Barbell Deads - 80#/6 reps
Did 4 sets. 1 min. 30 seconds rest between each set.

Incline Chest Flyes - 35's/6 reps
One-Arm Horizontal Row - 40#/6 reps
Did 4 sets. 1 min. 30 seconds rest between each set.

I ended up doing biceps then abs from C&W. Still not exactly sure what I'll do after work. Not really feeling it today. Here's what I did for biceps.

Dumbbell bicep curls 3x8 - 20's
Hammer curls 3x7 (just couldn't manage 8 reps with the weight I used) - 20's
Concentration curls 3x8 - 17
Dumbbell biceps curls - 21's - 15's

Hi Ladies,

I am back from a great vacation..now I need to diet and detox!!! This morning I did Imax 2 a premix from fittv. I burned about 340 calories. Back to work for me on wednesday :( so I will need to start getting up early to exercise. Hope everyone had a great week.

Plank w/Triceps Extension-8lbs/12 reps both side.
Reverse Lungew/Double Biceps Curl-12lbs/6 reps both sides.
Supine Triceps Hover-12lbs/12 reps.
Sumo Squat Calf Raise w/Biceps Curl-10lbs/12 reps.

STS Disc 19-M2- W3- Chest, Shoulders & Triceps= 69 min
Calories burned= 565
Met Value= 6.0

Total calories burned from today's workout= 770!;)

I had a really great workout today and loved the TF HiiT 15 and today's scheduled STS. I hope everyone else had a great day and workout. I'm sorry about no personals tonight, I'm just too tired. I'll try to get things done earlier tomorrow. Have a great evening ladies!
