Thanks everyone, for your prayers & hugs! That means a lot to me.

DH and I had a wonderful time hikiing & eating at Weltenburg monistary yesterday:p we also took the dogs for a long walk again.

Today DH and I went for a 3 1/2 mile run, than I took the dogs for a 45 min walk.

My husband and I are getting ready to go to Bamberg, they having a fest going on.

Today I will make up CLX Lean Phase 3 and Get Lean Intervals and then do some yoga. DH is leaving town for the week so I will have plenty of time today.

Belinda-sounds like a wonderful time and good job with the run even with all your sinus problems I am impressed.

Chris & Nora-I am thinking about starting with the Turbo Fire Prep Schedule or do you guys think I should just jump right in and start the program?
 
Just finished one of 3 workouts today. CLX Lean Phase 3 completed, if you look at the exercises in Lean Phase 2 and 3 you will see Chalene likes to work the shoulders alot.

Squat w/Cross Body Chop-15lbs/6 reps each side (up 3lbs).
Reverse Lunge & Arnold Press-12lbs/12reps both sides (up 2lbs).
Chest Fly w/Hip Lift 12lbs/12 reps.
Kneeling Overhead Press & Center Crunch-12lbs/10 reps (up 2lbs).
Push-Up Side Planks-12 reps 6 on each side.
Dead Lift Frontal Press-10lbs/10 reps.
Traveling Pushups-12 reps.
Chest Fly Abduction-10lbs/12 reps.
Army Crawl-12 reps 6 on each side.

Roxie- Great~ You finished CLX Lean Phase 3, Bravo!!! I'm proud of you WTG!!!;):cool: Roxie, regarding Turbo Fire I'd just follow the Class Schedule do them in that order. That's what I'm doing and I add in STS strength 3 days a week. Have fun I know you'll love it.;) Just think of Chris and I as your personal Turbo Fire enablers!:p LOL!!
