Crazy strong & loving it for Aug 21, 2010

Good morning,

I never got my workout in yesterday:( I am so stuffed up and my head is hurting. I saw my ENT doc yesterday, my body isn't responding to the antibiotics (although it should!). Last week he took a culture, from 17 antibiotics (which my body should respond to in fighting the virus) my body will respond to only five. I already took antibiotics for the last 10 day, my doc wants me to take antibotics for 7 more days. I am very frustrated, now I am taking the right antibotics and still don't feel any better. My head and sinus are killing me for the last 2 weeks. If the antibotics isn't helping after 17 days. He wants me to go back to the Universerty Hospital in Regensburg (I had my sinus surgery there) and see the professor. My ENT doc said he did everything on this side, he is lost. The virus is coming back no matter what:mad: My ears are fine for now, thank goodness! My throat hurts on top, that's from the virus. I really don't want to go back to the Regensburg hospital. If I need surgery, I will go to the military hospital in Ramstein. The ENT doctors up there knows my case, I am one of the hard ones. I am praying that the antibotics will kick in in the next few days.

Since it's my recovery week, I am taking it easy on the cardio wo. I want to be fit for M3 next week. I will finish M3 no matter what. I been taking lots of walks the last few days.

Today DH and I will go back to Kloster Weltenburg.:D Lot's of hiiking. We will take the dogs too, this way they will get their excerise too.

If my headache stops tonight, I will do the second part of IMAX 3 (6-10).

Debbie - my goodness, those are some heavy weigths! You are one strong girl:eek: Very impressive!

Good Morning,

I didn't get a workout in last night DD and her DH came over and we ate and then played washers outside and then came inside and played pool and I drank to much so today I am not feeling well. Later this afternoon DH and I are going for another bike ride.

Belinda-I hope you get to feeling better soon or they figure out how to help you.
 
Belinda - Thanks girl!! I'm so sorry you are going through this sinus stuff again. That has to be just simply horrible. There has to be something they can do. I'll say a prayer that something can be done. Hugs to you, girl!! Is your son still with you?

Hi Girls...

It's my TOM, so I'm so drained and tired. Even had a little headache this morning. BUT, after delivering Saturday morning papers with my son, I came home and did Turbo Fire HiiT 15! It got rid of my headache and gave me a little more energy! YAY workouts!!. I also did 50 leg presses on each side (on Bob Harpers Facebook suggestions for a butt burner challenge, so i did it!) and then did TF Stretch 10.

Cleaning and cooking and then work tonight....

Belinda: I don't even know what to say, I feel so bad for you. i don't know how you deal with feeling so sick so much. I had a sinus headache on Monday and Tuesday, and could not take it. It debilitates me totally. Praying the antibiotics kick in for you!!

Debbie: Happy Vacation!!!!

Roxie: Well at least you had fun last night! A bike ride sounds glorious!

Nora: Yes! excellent workout last night. I'm on Week #9 now, and it has a lot of HiiTs, so I'll have more time for weight work this week. Gotta figure out what I'll do.

Total calories burned= 683;)

Belinda- Oh no not again with sinus issues. I'm sorry this is still going on for you. I pray that you'll get better and not have to deal with this stuff again. Hang in there kiddo. Please take advantage of your recovery week to rest up since whether its a virus or some sort of infection your body is fighting either way getting rest is always beneficial. Please take care.;) Imax 3 Intervals 6-10:eek: Rest!

Roxie- I hope your feeling better today and enjoyed your bike ride today.

Debbie- I wish you a fabulous fun and invigorating vacation, have a blast you deserve it!;):cool:

Chris- Oh no, not you too feeling yucky. I'm glad that TF HiiT 15 helped to sweat whatever out of your system, WTG:):cool:. Wow, you're done with week 8 eh? I have to workout Sunday to finish up my week 8, then I start week 9 Monday. Be sure to get rest as best you can with your busy schedule and take care of you. I know that's something nurses and women with a family tend to put last on their to do list. You need to rest and take care. Hugs to you!;)
