Today was cardio. Woke up with a headache and almost just stayed in bed. Glad I didn't. I ended up having a great workout.

I chose Amy Bento's In The Ring and really had fun with it. All her workouts have such great music in them. I did 4 boxing sections and only 3 of the intevals with the med ball. I ran out of time. This is one long workout but so fun.

Tonite I am going to go for a walk after work suppose to be in the 70's today but the wind is going to blow which is normal for us.

Hi Girls! :)

Had an ok weekend at work. Recovery on Monday, but got in my workout. I'm planning on restarting STS on April 11th. I may do it traditional OR do the Undulating Rotation. Not sure yet. Anyhow, for the next week I'm going to do Jillian and Bob workouts. Today I did Jillian Burn Fat Boost Metabolism. It was basically cardio circuits. Not a bad little cardio. She kept it mostly interesting with different moves. One circuit was all floor/plank/ab work. I added on a longer stretch w/ Karen Voight Full Body stretch, but only about 10 minutes of it.

Yesterday I did Cathe's High Reps Upper Body Premix (OUCH on the triceps!!!), and then did Bob's Butt & Core/Balance Workout from Body Rev Cardio.

Belinda: High 5's on Intensity!!! KickBUTT workout! What's going on with your stomach?

Roxie: Giliad sounds like a fun workout! Are you doing a specific rotation now? Enjoy the nice weather!

Debbie: YAY for working out when you didn't feel like it. Did your headache go away?

Nora: You poor thing! Do you think the weakness is a "flare-up"? How long do they usually last? God love you for finishing out the week! AND doing P90X yesterday!! Take care, Nora!

Weather is crappy here. The weekend was actually gorgeous, but I worked/slept through it. Today it's super rainy and windy. Supposed to be like that all week. Gray days bring me down. :(
 
Belinda - Nice workout! And my mom is doing fine, thanks for asking! She's itching to get her garden in this year. :)

Nora - I'm so sorry you are so fatigued. I do think you need a week off. And I mean an ENTIRE week off. Sleep in, forget about the workouts, soak in a hot bath and just enjoy your free time. I know how hard it is for you to not workout, but I do think you need to just step back for a week. It will do your body good. {{{{hugs}}}}

Roxie - My head feels much better, thank you!! Have a great walk tonight! Wish it was 70 here. It's like 30 degrees outside. :eek: Hate this weather!

Chris - Weather is crappy here too. Yay on starting STS again! I'll probably do that again soon. Kind of miss it. Maybe after this rotation. I loved the leg workouts so that is a big plus for me!

Hi ladies. Sorry for the delayed post today. I'm taking an unplanned rest day. My legs are soooo sore from Sunday's workout. Yikes. I had really wanted to get out for a run today. Just isn't going to happen though.

Hope everyone is having a good one. Getting closer to the weekend right???

Debbie- I love Amy's In the Ring its so much fun, I haven't done that one in a while so I'll have to add that to my workouts soon. Great workout today, and I hope your headache is gone now. Take care;) I do plan to take a week off next week and just focus on getting rested up and hopefully that will help. Thanks for your concern and kind comments.

Roxie- Lucky you, nice weather definitely enjoy the nice weather and have a great walk today.;)

Chris- excellent job on your workouts. Letting Jillian and Bob work you out eh? They are no joke, that's for sure. I'm glad your having fun mixing up your workouts with Jillian and Bob, sounds like fun, WTG! Not sure if this is a flare up or just more of the usual fatigue I have with MS, plus a lack of sleep. I do plan to take next week off and not workout and just sleep in, so that should help, thanks for asking.;):)

Heather- Great job on your killer workouts and I don't blame your for taking a rest day. You definitely have been corning the killer workouts girl so enjoy your day of rest and take care!;):)
