Morning ladies,


Yesterday ended up being a rest day:) I couldn't decite on a rotation to start today. I will do 3 cardio, 2 full body and 1 circuit/LB workout a week. I will start with a FB workout today, not sure with one yet?

Today was total body, I did last Monday's workout but in superset fastion.

3 sets/5 reps with 1 minute rest between each superset.

Flat Barbell Bench Press - 90# (up 5#)
ss w/
Barbell Rows - 75# (Up 5#)

SS #2
Squats - 90# (up 5#)
ss w
Elevated Stiff Legged Deads - 75# (stayed the same)

SS #3
Barbell Curls - 55# (up 5#)
ss w/
Close Grip Bench Press - 75# (up 5#)

Then I got on my treadmil and fast walked .5 miles on a 3% incline. Foam rolled after that.

I got sunburned this weekend so it was hard to sleep. I will be doing Debbie's Get Ready For Summer 2012 rotation but I don't have any cardio coaches so I will be doing the substitutes. Tonite is Afterburn.

Debbie-good job with your workout.

Today I did ME and a 45 min walk with the dogs.

Roxie - take care off that sunburn. Hate those! Cardio Coach is running a special V 1 - 5 for only $14.95. You can do those workouts on a bike, TM ...whatever you want.

Debbie - you TB workouts looks amazing! Maybe i will copy it for next week, lol?

Nora - how are you feeling?

Chris - what are your plans for today?

Had a good weekend at work. Today I started Debbie's Get Ready for Summer 2012 Rotation! Thanks SO much, Debbie, for this one! It's exactly what I was looking for for this month (and maybe next).

I don't have an CC 's either. Maybe I'll get that special, there, Belinda. I did have a few that I lost, and I did do them a few times on my park runs. I should look into getting a few again.

Debbie: nice weight work and TM today! Again, thanks for the perfect rotation this month!

Belinda: Looks like a great plan for this month too!

Roxie: Hi-5's on doing Debbie's rotation together!! YAY! I will sub in running on the CC days, or the Cathe workout.

Nora: Hope you had a good weekend and feel refreshed for a new week today!

Oh! I did Afterburn today! Holy cow , it kicked my buttocks!! (on 4 hours sleep after working the weekend). WOW!
 
Belinda-where would I find those at?

Chris-I am either going to walk or do the alternative but I want to stay as close to the rotation as I can. I am like you this is just what I needed.

Afterburn was a killer had to cut some of the spidermans short and couldn't do the staggered pushups so I did burpees instead. I remeber why I quit doing these workouts tweaked my knee already.

Hi girls!;)

I'm extremely sick and need to take the rest of the week off to rest in hopes I can get well. I'm still suffering from one nasty sinus infection no it has not gotten better. I barely sleep between suffering with extreme coughing fits, and loss of certain abilities its pretty much not possible to walk more than to the bathroom and grab on to furniture to make it back to the couch to rest. I hate this so much. I went back to the doctor after completeing one round of antibiotics and prescription decongestant and still having same issues. Coughing up army green mucus, yuck and boughts of fever and chills so I'm taking this week off I will resume this week nextweek for Les Mills Pump Rotation, its the best I can do! Sorry, no workouts for this week to report in with.

No workout today. I did wake up at my usual 4:30 time with a horrible headache. I sat on the couch and watched GH and thought it might subside but it didn't. I dragged my butt back to bed and slept for another hour. Now my head is in a fog. I probably should have worked out, I might feel better right now if I did. :(

I hate days like these....

Tonite for me is LM and this time I will do all of it not just the step combos. My legs should look awesome after doing this rotation. I wanted to get up but still not sleeping well.

Debbie-hope your headache goes away. I forgot how killer your rotations are thanks for kicking my butt.

Nora-I hope you get to feeling better soon.

I thought about downloading a CC, but I looked at the website and they are $14.95 each! :eek: (I couldn't click on that link, Belinda). Anyhow, instead I went to the park and did hill and stair repeats along with running for 55 minutes. It kicked my butt! Doing the hills and stairs used to be MUCh easier. Guess I'm not used to it anymore. But I will be soon!;)

Debbie: sorry about the headache and the fog. I can totally relate to those feelings. My new headache "regimen" has been working lately. I started taking Zyrtec every night and Flonase nasal spray before I go to bed. Also been drinking water with Unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar in it. .. Hope you feel better!!

Roxie: Afterburn was TOUGH stuff yesterday!!! Great job getting it done!! Have fun with Lowmax later!

Nora: Oh, girl, you sound miserable sick. :( Get well soon. I've felt that way before and it sucks bad.

Belinda: What are you up to today?

Hey girls,

I changed rotations today. I will do Cathe's LIS rotation.I started with week 1 again, I was following week last week . I don't think it will hurt me to do a low intensity rotation after 8 1/2 month doing STS;) I just got done with AB. I am doing the 5 day a week rotation instead of 6 day's:D I like the idea of getting 2 days off:p I am gonna have to modify on some of the excerises since my wrist is still bordering me. It's gonna be fun doing LIS, I am scared already! If it's to complex I will sub in a run.

Chris - did you get the CC cds? Your workout today sounds intense! WTG!

Nora - Oh no! Sending you lots of positive vibes! ((HUGS)))

Roxie - AB is tough, hah? I was sweating my butt off today. AB is starting to grow on me:D

Today was total body and had a great workout. Same workout as last Wednesday but in superset format. Still have a headache but not as bad. It's TTOM - almost. I always suffer about three days before.

3 sets/8 reps with 1:30 rest between each superset.

Tonite for me is High Reps. I ache in places I didn't even know existed. This rotation is kicking my butt and I am only on day 3.

Debbie-I have DOMs thanks to you. I am going to fabulous in shorts. Good job with your workout.
 
Hi :)

Today was High Reps for me too, Roxie! Advice to you, go LIGHT. I HAD to go light for lower body, I was hurting from my run yesterday. But it still got in there good. Even triceps, I started with 5's, had to go to 3's. Tough stuff! Good workout, though, hadn't done that one in a long time!

Debbie: Nice job on total body today!!! Nothing helps your headaches? Totally sucks. It's great you could get your workout done, though, AND foam rolled!

Roxie: Good job on LIS last night! I haven't done that one in forever. I am sore too!!! (Thanks, Debbie!)

Hi Belinda! LIS rotation should be "fun"! :eek: ... thanks for the info about the DVDs. I forgot that I could put all of that on my iPod for running with DVDs too. I MIGHT get them. Not sure. I did get Press Play free from Sean's sister. And will make a donation to their charity. I might try that one tomorrow. I am going to get an app called "Zombie Run" , though. It lets you play your own music, and then interupts it for special announcements about zombies chasing you! Complete with sound effects, etc. Sounds WICKED cool! How fast would I run if zombies were chasing me!?!?!? LOL!
