Boss lady and I went for a walk again this morning and tonite I am rearranging my workouts because DH will be home, I am going to do SJP Step only instead of HSTA.

She couldn't walk very fast today.

Debbie-I believe they said Candace passed away from some illness. Good job getting a workout in even though you weren't feeling it.

Debbie - I always thought you made up a workout w/ Sean and Candice:eek: I don't think she is in my cardio coach workouts:eek: good job, on your cal burn this morning.

Nora - sorry, I got confused on the weeks. I knew, you been doing the Les Mills for awhile now;) wtg, girl!

Roxie - Really? Wow, that's three coaches from CC that passed away. Maybe we shouldn't be doing their workouts anymore! LOL! JK!

Belinda - I'm not sure how I got that one, it was on Sean's site a long time ago. Maybe since then he took it down? She only did one workout. Sean also did a CC #6 and it was basically the same format, except the challenges were flip-flopped around. So technically, there are two CC #6 workouts. Do you have his CC #6?

Chris - Wow, what's up with the egging? That sucks! Sorry you have to deal with that.

I did today's workouts earlier but couldn't check in until now.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Pump- Flow= 20 Min
Met Value= 2.50
Calories burned= 68

Les Mills Pump-Hard Core ABS = 20 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 137

Total calories burned= 205

That's it for workouts. I did get my Turbo Fire Start Pack today, I've only gotten to preview Low HiiT 20 and it looks awesome. It definitely working more on deeper in lunges or touching ground and really maximizing form and technique there is a higher impact modifyer and Alley the Lower impact modifyer from the full Turbo Fire set.

forgot to check in earlier!! Now I'm on my iPad , so excuse me if the typing is weird.
Subbed a different circuit for HST. Instead I did Peak Fits Cardio Strength 1. I guess I forgot how tough this one was!! Puke status!
Other than that, boring day of laundry and refereeing fights with my boys.

Debbie: nice job today on CC!!! You should see if you can get that Flonase nasal spray. No drowsiness or drugged feeling.

Roxie: you do great on those long walks!!

Belinda: how are your doggies doing? You don't talk about them much anymore. Do they like the new house?

Nora: Yay for getting the new TFs!!!! And for your kickbutt Les Mills workouts!

The rotation calls for TriSets LB. Tomorrow is S&G plus LIC on the rotation, maybe I will do S&G today instead of tomorrow? We shall see
 
Chris - my dogs love the new house and yard. I just don't have a lot of time to post much with everything that is going on right now (DH's surgery is coming up next week, I am still trying to unpack/put everything in it's pace and than comes your everday house chores) Peak looks tough, nice job yesterday.

I have never been so happy that it's Friday! Knowing that is what made me get up this morning. :eek:

Today I did Total Body and had a great workout. Same workout as last Friday only in superset fashion.

3 sets/15 reps with 2 minutes rest between each superset

SS #1
Tricep Band Pulldowns - Green band
ss w/
Hamstring Curls - 40# (up 5#)

SS #2
Incline Dumbbell Press - 25's (up 5#)
ss w/
T-Band Pulls - Green band

SS #3
Plie Squats - 17# (up 2#)
***I did three pulses for each rep and switched hands with the dumbbell and added one rep to equal it out. So total 16 reps for this.
ss w/
Lateral Raises - 8's (used green band last week)

No ab work, ran out of time. I should have done some at my 2 minute breaks. Oh well...

Belinda - It's a separate workout. Sean did a Cardio Coach 6 and Candace did one. Two different workouts. Same layout, per se, but two different workouts. Sean probably took hers off his website, not sure why, though?

Chris - I've seen Flonase advertised. Maybe I'll check it out. I have problems putting stuff up my nose, though. I always choke and feel like I'm going to drown! LOL!

No walk to report today the boss lady sent me a text telling me it was to cold and windy and she saw lightening so I reset my alarm and went back to sleep. Tonite I am trying to decide between C&W and Body Fusion.

used #15 BB for warmup, used #35 BB for legs, #20 BB for Chest set, #35 BB for Back, and #7 db for shoulders.

Turbo Fire- Low HiiT 20= 20 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 205

WOW! Now that was a super challenging workout. I think its even harder than the regular HiiTs. This was my first time doing this one so it will take a few more times to really get the timing and moves down, but that was superfun and worth the purchase. Love the FIYAH! Both workouts were super fun and definitely challenging and I was dripping with sweat from each workout. I got it done, and feel great!;)

Hi Girls!

Today I ran at the park with a few stair/hill repeats for 41 minutes. Had a busy day with the kids & their friends + cleaning + grocery shopping. So that was it! It was an awesome run though!

Debbie: TGIF to you! Have a great weekend! your workout today was great!!! The Flonase isn't hard to put up your nose at all. I have issues with that weird feeling too, but it doesn't feel like that.

Belinda: I know you're busy! And you have a ton going on in your life too. I think it's amazing you get your workouts in! I forget which rotation you're doing? I swear ,that schedule sounds familiar, like I did it before too.

Roxie: SJP and C+W are fun workouts!!!! I want to try that SJP step only soon!

Nora: I'm not surprised you loved the new TF! LOL!. I'm sure I would love it too, there isn't a TF I've NOT loved, I swear. Good job on 2 butt kicking wokrouts today!!!! :eek:

I didn't workout last night had a headache and just wasn't feeling very well. This morning I did SB/Weight Circuit and that was and awesome workout.
