I did LIC Challenge last night. DH and I went through evey box in my garage and basement. My legs were fried at the end off the day, from running up/down the stairs. I was gonna do LIC Tri Sets LB, but like I said my legs were fried. So today I will finish yesterday's workout.

Total body workout today. Same workout as last Monday but in superset fashion. Had an excellent workout. My headaches are gone, I believe I did have a sinus thing going on.

4 sets/5 reps with 1 minute rest between each superset. Good stuff!

Underhand Barbell Rows - 77# (up 2#)

Elevated Stiff Leg Deads - 30's (Went down on this due to the fact that I needed to use dumbbells - ran out of weights so I couldn't use my barbell)

Close Grip Bench Press - 85# (stayed the same)
***I used 87# with the first set for CGBP but felt it in my shoulders. I lowered it a couple pounds. Probably shouldn't go that high with this exercise. Bad me.

First off I have to say thank you Debbie I have lost another lb this month and it is because of you and this rotation it seems to just work for me. Tonite is LIS CSS a short one but a good one.

Debbie-good job with your workout.

Belinda-take it easy on those legs.

Today I did Cardio Supersets, plus added on about 3/4's of the step bonus! Good one! Loved it!

Debbie: glad you're feeling better! nice workout today!!

Belinda: Hope you take some time to stretch your legs out! they sound sore...

Roxie: CCSS *IS* awesome! Short but gets ya good. It was fun!

I finished working out for the day, so I'll just go ahead and check in.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Pump- Pump & Shred= 48 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 426

Oh man, this was definitely tougher, longer sets, but still fun. I always have to remember this is high reps so I can't over do it on the weights, moderation is key and so is great form. I used #15 warm up BB weights for the warm up sets. Then I used #20 BB weights for Chest set. For Back set then leg set I used #35 BB. The chest set always is tough for me because of not having alot of upper body strength its my weaker area I want to work on though. Improvements come in slow steady consistent strides not in quick instant results. I keep telling myself that when I workout. This was a longer workout but a good one and felt very complete as always hitting all the major muscle groups whilst stressing good form, love it and the music is awesome!!!

I did LIC Tri Sets LB. Legs feel sore today. I will do AB today. Also doing lots of organizing. Can't wait when I am done with tha house. So much work. This weekend I will work in the yard. Since all my plants/herbs died due to the cold, I need to get new ones.
 
Roxie - hope you had fun with LIS CSS last night. Good job, on your weight loss, that's fantastic.
 
Nora - can't believe you already on week 4 of your Les Mills Pump rotation. Good for you on your weights and keeping up with your workouts.
 
Chris - good job, on CS yesterday. How did you like the LICH yesterday?

Today was cardio and although it was really hard getting out of bed this morning, I had a great workout and kicked some butt.

I chose Cardio Coach #5. Haven't done this workout in forever. I remember it being a little bit more intimidating than it was this morning. I had a fun time with it and did the whole workout.

I just couldn't get excited about a run today. I woke up at 4am with a knife piercing headache. And I was so looking forward to sleeping in (my kids are on vacation this week). OH well.

I did make myself do a cardio at home though. I ended up doing Turbo Fire 60! :eek: That one was killer, but killer FUN!

Still in a bit of a fog, but the pain is better in my head.

Belinda: That Lower Body Trisets is killer! I bet you're sore! Hope you get a nice break today from organizing. ... What is LICH? Do you mean the Step Bonus on CCSS? I did like it alot! it seems to just continue with CCSS supersets, but on the step.

Debbie: nice going on CC!! So funny how we hate to start some mornings, but we ALWAYS feel good that we did it !

Nora: You are moving right along with Body Pump, huh? Nice workouts yesterday! Seems like you're back to feeling like yourself? ... You'll have to let me know what you think about the new TF's!

Roxie: Sounds like a good sub for IM2! Congrats on your weightloss!!

I just finished today's workout and got cleaned up.

Here's today's workout:

For this I used Cardio Coach Volume 4 revised and used a stationary spin bike. THis was awesome, wow, love cardio coach on spin bike too, as well as treadmill. That's how I've used them so far.

Les Mills Pump Walk 45 Min. I used my stationary spin bike instead.
Today I used Cardio Coach Volume 4 = 52 min total
Distance= 12.37 Miles
Calories Burned= 745
AVG BPM= 152 =85% MHR

Les Mills Pump-Hard Core ABS = 20 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 137

Total calories burned= 882:cool:

My legs felt like jello when I got off my spin bike when I was finished, good workout, LOL good stuff.

Belinda- This week I started my fifth week of Les Mills Pump which is a 12 week rotation in all. Great job with LIS Cardio SS or was it Tri Sets (Legs)either way, and I see you did abs today, bravo take a bow that is killer. WTG girlfriend.:)

Chris- Sorry to hear about your headache and just general icky feeling that goes with it. I hope you'll feel better when you wake up tomorrow morning, hang in there. Wow! You did TF 60, you are so right that is Killer!!! I'm humbled and in awe you did that workout feeling so rotten. You are amazing!!! WTG girlfriend. As for the new TF's I ordered I haven't gotten them as yet they are on there way and should be here the Friday. I'm checking the tracking a couple of times each day so anxious to get them, I can't wait. Take care and feel better.;):)

Roxie- I hope you had a nice walk this evening and had a blast doing TF 30 Class. I find I still reach for my TF's and am anxious to receive the TF Starter Pack workouts. Good for you fitting in your workout and doing something you'd like better than Imax 2 workout. Sometimes you just have to be in the right mood to do some workouts. Debbie- So glad you had a fun Kick butt workout today with Cardio Coach #5, that is awesome. I did Cardio Coach #4 today but did it on the spin bike and it was definitely kick but and awesome. WTG girlfriend and keep on with those kick butt workouts you usually do. ;):cool:

I didn't get the best night's sleep (someone egged our house at 10:30pm and I was wound up crazy after that!!) and woke up with a LITTLE tired head, but it went away, thank God, because I couldn't take another day of that!

I wasn't "feeling" Muscle Max today, so I did Pyramid Upper & Lower Combo Premix!! WoW! fun stuff!! and NO stability ball work!!! I added on MM Abs & stretch at the end!

Roxie: Good job getting in your walks and good idea on doing the timesaver MM workout! TF 30 is one of the most intense 30 minute workout I've done! (not counting HiiTs)

Nora: I would think using your bike for CC would be a fun idea! thankfully, headache is gone today!! Yes, TF's are always a good one to turn to for a fun sweatful workout!!!

Debbie: thanks, I know you understand the headache thing! as does everyone here lately! :eek: Seems like we all have some kind of sinus issues, huh? What a group we are! ... Nice weight work today!!! Love it when it feels good!

MM timesaver sounds like great compliment to the walk earlier, I hope you can fit it in today as well and no worries. If you get to do that other walk after work that would be icing on the cake. Great job on today's workout, you are kickin' butt today girlfriend, ^^^5's.

Chris- Oh sorry about your house getting egged last night, that sucks. Good for you doing Pyramid upperbody, lowerbody premix, I've done that one and it is awesome really felt it the next day but it was all good stuff. I'm glad you got to do that one, its a killer. Sort a sleeping giant alot of people don't realize its on that disc, but its a gem of a workout too. Well, glad you had some relief from the sinus headaches but I can understand the egging thing making you tense and hard to sleep at first. I hope you can get a good nights sleep tonight. ((Hugs)) Great job on that kick butt workout today!;):)

It was crazy at work and I had a headache when I came home so I didn't walk and then DD wanted to go out for supper so I did KCM's Power Sculpt Timesaver and got a really good workout I feel it. I used 8lb dumbbells.

Today was cardio. I should not have taken that night time decongenstant because I did not want to get up this a.m. I did and dragged myself to my workout room. Can't say I had an excellent workout, but I had an ok one.

I chose Cardio Coach #6 with Candace (whatever happened to her?) and skipped challenge 3 and the last interval of challenge 4 because I ran out of time.
