CRAZY STRONG & LOVING IT FOR APRIL 11, 2011

I will do M2 W4 D34 today:eek: I am almost done with STS:eek::(

Today was total body and I had an excellent workout. Same workout as last Monday only in superset fasion. No increase on any of the exercises because I think I hit my wall on most all of these exercises with weight. Didn't want to risk injury.

4 sets/5 reps with 1 minute rest between each superset.

Flat Bench Press - 100#
ss w/
Barbell Rows - 90#

SS #2
Squats - 120#
ss w/
Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 95#

SS #3
Dumbbell Curls - 25's
ss w/
Close Grip Bench Press - 90#
 
Well - this week is all about getting my running endurance back. After being sick for three weeks and not running as much while I focused on other things (like Core Fusion for example), I've lost a little bit of endurance which is SO frustrating to me, but not unexpected.

so this week I'm planning to run a lot more to get back into running shape. Today I ran just a few miles (probably about 3, 3.5) with my husband before work. Felt good to get out there nice and early! I ran yesterday too, about 4.5 miles I believe. Aiming to run at least twice more this week if I can make it!

Debbie - damn! 100# on the bench press! you are so super-duper strong, I am impressed, as usual!

Belinda - crazy that you are almost done with STS. How did that happen?? Are you feeling a lot stronger?

Its been crazy here at work. I was going to go for a walk tonite but the wind is really blowing and its chilly. I will do Gilad Vol 2 Buttocks, Inner Thigh, Back, Triceps and Abs. His workouts are tough for 20 min workouts and he likes to work the legs alot which I really need right now. I don't know what happened this weekend but all of a sudden I can't wait to workout and the whole eating thing is starting to click. I can't wait to get KCMs new workouts and get back to real lifting.

Jess-I know you can do it just going to take some time since you have been sick.

Jess - Sorry to hear you've been sick for three weeks, good to see you back and healthy. Don't fret the endurance, it will come back with ease, just you wait and see! :)

Roxie - I heard Gilad's workouts are excellent. I am helping a lady get back to working out and eating right and she has Gilad's workouts. I put a rotation together for her and she really loves his style. I may have to check those out someday soon. It's windy here too.

Hi Everyone! :)

It's an amazing warm day here today! My windows are open, fresh air everywhere, we're even grilling out! I know it's short-lived, but I'm just enjoying it!!

today I started the STS Undulating Rotation. Today was Disc 1, Meso 1, CSB. It's so funny, because I've done STS 3 times now, but this workout didn't seem that familiar. It seemed brand new! I guess that's what you get when you have a different weight workout every day! pretty cool. I did NOT forget the mega amount of push-ups though. Still got me good!

Belinda: It is crazy how time flies! I remember you just starting out with STS in the dead of the winter thinking April was so far away! Nice job finishing up this week!!!

Debbie: WOAH on the weights! you are so strong ,!!! impressive! Glad you had a good workout today.

Roxie: Nice job on Giliad AND the new improved excitement for workouts and eating better!! The nicer weather does that to me for some reason.

Jess: Sounds like a great plan and great weather to get back into the running too!! It's good having you back! .... I don't think you saw my questions over the weekend abotu Core Fusion. What workouts would be your most favorite and MUST-HAVES in order? I'd like to add to my collection, but don't want to get them aLL right away (too expensive)

No workout for me to report in with. I'm taking a week off as a rest week.

Belinda- Wow almost done with STS yet again! You are rockin' STS girlfriend WTG!!!

Debbie- that is one serious looking total body workout with weights done in superset fashion:eek::cool: Amazing weights there girl, WTG!!!:cool::)

Jessica- Nice job of getting back into running, no doubt you'll be back where you want to be very soon. Keep on rockin' the workouts and happy running!:);)

Roxie- I hope the weather doesn't interfere with your walk tonight. It sounds like your enjoying Gilad's workouts, that's awesome. Have a great workout and have fun!;) I just read your last post, I hope you feel better ASAP! Take care!;):)

Chris- Good for you starting the undulating rotation STS, that's awesome!! Oh yes, those pushups haunt me, LOL!!! Hang in there and let me know what you think of this rotation as you get further along in it. Great workout today, way to rock it!;)
