Hi ladies. Today I am planning on hitting the gym for upper body weights. I think I am just going to go with 1 exercise per muscle group and do as supersets since I supersetted 2 exercises for the same muscle group on Tuesday and am still kind of feeling it. I think 2 exercises per group might be overkill. Here's the plan - 3x8
Single-arm rows - 30#
Alternating curls - 20's
Chest flye into press (meaning do a flye then a press = 1 rep) - 25's
Upright rows (DBs) - 20's
Double-arm kickbacks - 12's
I'll try to do some abs as well and maybe a little bit on the elliptical or treadmill.
