Crazy, Strong & Loving it for 9/30

Today was Meso 2, Week 3, Disc 21, Back and Biceps. Had a great workout. Loved this one. Again, we did Double Wave Sets.

I'm really seeing some good positive change in my body lately. My upper body is back to being defined and I can see some of my abs again. Very happy about this!

***Wow, and to think I was going to use 25's. 20's were way too heavy for this.

***Forearms were screaming by the time I was done.
 
Well yesterday ended up being a "rest" day. I use that term loosely as I was so freaking busy at work. I worked 9.5 hours straight through lunch (ate at my desk). Thankfully my boss is giving me Friday off without having to use any personal time. I am completely exhausted. Today the weather is super cool again. I will not sit through lunch again today no matter what. I may try to convince DH to run with me during lunch and then I'll do abs this evening.

Need to find a new rotation to start and I just can't decide. I really am liking working each muscle group once a week. I want to do some of my muscle endurance DVDs like PH, MM, ME, but am really not sure the best way to use these now. Debbie - you may be the one to ask. I probably should look back at Meso 1 and see how she put those groupings together, sets, reps, etc. I was thinking maybe picking two or three groups (like back, chest, shoulder) and doing the workout and repeat the set??? :confused:

Debbie - good job with that workout! I agree with you on the deadlifts in that series. Couldn't she have done supermans instead?

Good Morning,

Even though this is a rest week I have dropped inches in my midsection and hips but like Heather I have been to busy unlike Heather I haven't had the opportunity to sit at my desk and you can tell by looking at it, and with not feeling good yesterday my wt. is staying down. I am on the road again today and my stomach is still upset so I don't know what lunch is going to be where I am going isn't a whole lot to chose from.

Debbie-good job with the workout.

Heather-I hope you get a chance to do that run sometimes we just have to leave our desks or we would be chained to them forever.

My first round , and I know it's going to be a killer!

Tonight we're going to a huge state fair, I'm a little afraid of all the walking after this workout. :confused: Hope I make it!!

Debbie: AWESOME on you seeing good results from STS! I know you were talking about switching up your eating, and not being so diligent in counting things, are you still? Is that's what's working for you?

Heather: Hope you get that run in! I love the cool weather to run in!

Roxie: Sorry you don't feel well. I had a nasty flu bug last week, that wiped me out and my stomach was horrible all week.

Chris-I am pretty sure mine is stress related. I am the only employee here at work and I am the one who has to do with the bosses moods and all the craziness when things get hairy. I told them this week that they really need to hire someone else that I can't do everything anymore.
 
Roxie - it's amazing what stress can do to the body and mind isn't it???? I know I don't take it seriously enough until I start having migraines and physical symptoms.

Debbie-DH snapped out of whatever was bothering him Saturday we had a wonderful weekend he said he knows I want to talk about it but he just wants to forget so I can live with that. His new addiction is me and I can definetly live with that.

Reporting back. DH and I ran at lunch - short and fast. I felt SO much better after and the rest of the day was much better for me as well. Since it was only 25 mins I did do the first 3 step/blast segments from LIC and LIC abs. Nothing too strenuous. Stretched after.

Looks like you all had some great workouts with the results to show for it. Congrats!!! That's so awesome. Debbie- STS is Awesome!! I love the results I got from it, its just simply transforming and amazing. I'm happy to hear that your enjoying it too!;)
