BPM's= 80% to 87% of Max Heart rate for 26 Min In the zone. 11 min below zone.
KCM- 30Min to Fitness Wts- Premix 1a with abs= 30 Min
Calories burned= 246
Total calories burned= 726
Debbie- I'm sorry about your ankle, been there done that lots of times. I'm glad that its feeling better.
I'll be back for personals later. I did do personals yesterday but I hit submit when I was done for it to post and I lost my internet at the same time so it didn't go through.
