Crazy, Strong & Loving It for 6/4

Today was Legs & Shoulders. I had a really good workout. Today was suppose to be a rest day but I didn't workout on Monday so I had to make up for that.

Same workout as last week but I change reps and weights.

1 min. 30 second rest between each set.

LEGS
Squats - 95# - 3 sets/8 reps (up 10#)
BSS - 25's - 3 sets/10 reps (up 5#)
Elevated SLDL - 85# - 3 sets/10 reps (stayed the same)
Dumbbell Calf Raises - 30's/3 sets/25 reps (up 5#)

SHOULDERS
Dumbbell Military Press - 25's - 3 sets/6 reps (up 10#/down 2 reps - my goal is to be able to do 30's with 5 reps again)
Upright Rows - 50# - 3 sets/10 reps (up 5#)
Lateral Raise - 12's - 3 sets/12 reps (up 23)
Barbell Shrugs - 100# - 3 sets/15 reps

I took the dog for a 2 mile walk at 9:30 and its already 90 out and very humid, I need to do some wts. later. I cleaned the upstairs now need to clean the downstairs, laundry and grocery shop. I wanted to catch some rays but the sun isn't shining much.

I finished working out about 3pm but had to shower and run errands and wasn't able to post my check in until now.

Chalene Extreme- Burn It Off= 27 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 240

Chalene Extreme- Recharge= 21 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 57

Paul Katami- Kettlebell Drills- Clinic= 34 Min
Met Value= 6.50 High Intensity
Calories burned= 302

Ab Hits- Abs Workout # 5 from S&H Chest, Back Abs= 7 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 48

Total calories burned= 647;)

It was hot here today temps in the low 80's and now its cloudy and still that warm. I think we'll get a thunderstorm, but we'll see. I hope everyone is having a great weekend. Tomorrow is a rest day for me so I won't be checking in until Monday, seeya all then;):)
