CRAZY, STRONG & LOVING IT FOR 5/18

Where is Belinda? I must have missed what she's doing this week. Hope all is well for her.

Chris - No motivation as of yet. I will be back at it on Monday, though. Come hell or high water. I better not say that too loud, we could get the high water here since it hasn't stopped raining since freaking Friday! :mad:

Debbie: I bet the rain and dreary weather doesn't help your motivation either. I know it's been raining/cloudy since Sunday and I feel so depressed already. I NEED sunshine!!! :(. Maybe make up a new rotation for Monday that you could get excited about?! I wish you could do some Turbo Fire. Keep saving your pennies, k?

Roxie: Nice job on KCM last night!! 30 minutes and you're done! DOMS?

Nora: I'm still so excited for your good results of wt/inches lost!!! It's fantastic to hear! You have me more and more interested in CLX now! :eek: And thanks for the tip on Burn Circuit in TF!!! I had no idea it was there!! Thank you so much!! Do you know off the top of your head how long that workout is? Just so I can plan on doing it soon! ... Maybe a CLX/TF rotation would be cool to do next?!?!

How could I forget my workout today!??! :eek:

I did Meso 2 Legs, Disc 20. It was trisets! OWIE!!! Good stuff that got the fire in the glutes going good! Will probably end up with Yoga later, since it's raining .. again. Poor Buddy, is back to lazy/no walk days.

Chalean Extreme Burn Circuit 1 is 36 min long and it is intense!! Its done in a slow heavy style of weight circuit workout so you'll be working multiple muscle groups per exercise so its very intense and time efficient. Let me just say that I do not ever feel the need to add on more weight workout after doing it. Its a keeper. Have fun with the free copy of Burn Circuit 1 that came with TF its a great way to check it out for yourself. Please let me know what you think.

Right now I'm sort doing mostly TF as cardio addons, with some KCM, and Cathe sprinkled in their for added variety. So, its my own impromptu thing. I do still love TF and love them and look forward to each workout, even get psyched up watching the TF infomercial. Yes, I'm crazy like that. I love to watch Insanity,TF, P90X, and 10 min Trainer infomercials you can't help but get motivated and want in on the fun too! I'm a fitness geek I think cathe's turned me into one. LOL!!!

Good Morning,

I was starting a new thread for today but kept getting interrupted so I am glad Debbie got us started. Today for me is cardio of some kind I can't walk because like the rest of you its raining here and cold here. Last week Monday and Tuesday it was in the 90's to 100's and the rest of the week plus the beginning of this week it is barely reaching the upper 50's and lower 60's.

Debbie-hope you get in the groove it sucks to workout when you are not in the mood.

Chris-yes my shoulders and bis are feeling it today but I have decided I definetly need more ab work. The sun just popped its head out hope it stays that way for awhile. Good job with your workout.

I just finished today's workout and let me just say Chalean is kicking my butt with Push Circuit 2 lifting heavy to failure 6-8 Reps talk about a tough butt kickin' sweat fest, and I loved it!:)

Here's today's workout:

Standard Overhead Press #21 R8
Single-Leg Lunges #21 R8

30 MTF Circuit Burn #1 plus6 Min abs= 36 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 344
I used #5 for light weight and #10 for heavy since I was beat from Chalean.

Total calories burned= 631
