I should have started my workout a bit earlier. I've been running around ever since I got done to get to work.

I did a mix that I made from Cardio Coach workouts and I had a great workout. My legs are sore today from yesterdays workout but I did good nonetheless.

Debbie: You got a great cardio in today. I do hate that feeling of being behind schedule though.

Roxie: Sorry you didn't like Kettleworx so much. Good for you for giving it a shot for a week. Maybe you'll change your mind with the different workouts.

Nora: Kicking butt as usual! I bet you're feeling that upper body workout today! I'm not a fan of barbell work, so Bodypump doesn't tempt me so much. So you're getting a new barbell with the workouts?

Belinda: Are you still doing STS Pyramid ?

Today will be busy, so instead of Plyometrics for an hour, I'm going to do HiiT Pyramid. And maybe do a stretch from the new Michelle Dozios I opened on Saturday . It had 3 workouts, the cardio one (which I did) , a strength one and a 15 minute stretch.

I have had a busy morning here at work just now getting a chance to check in. Tonite is Kettle Worx Fast Burn and probably the TM. The workout is only 15 mins long.

Debbie-thank you for starting the thread everyday and good job with your workouts.

Here's today's workout:

Mindy Mylrea- Tabata Trek= 52 Min
Met Value= 10.50
Calories burned= 745
Avg. Heart Beat= in zone 80-85 Max HR
Distance in Miles= 4.45 miles

You do Tabata on the bike and then tabata off the bike this is very much a high intensity workout very ode to HiiT but without as much impact so that's great. You get a killer workout doing it this way and feel amazing! This was a tough workout no phoneing this one in at all, good stuff and fun.

Debbie - aww...why you don't wonna start us off?? I am just so busy these days, I am lucky I get a workout in:confused: WTG, on your cardio workout today.

Chris - yes, I am still doing the Pyramid down rotation, I am in M1 W3;) Looks like we both did the same workout today:D Nice job! Let me know how you like Michelle Dozios workouts! I been eying them for awhile now, not that I need anymore wo dvds:p

Roxie - I never got into KB's, for some reason they just don't klick with me:confused: At least you gave it a shot, right?

Nora - glad you enjoyed Mindy Mylrea today. I looked at some clips on CV, looks like a lot of fun. What bike do you have?

Debbie- really nice Cardio Coach workout on the TM, WTG!!!;)

Chris- Nice job switching things up with HiiT Pyramid, that's killer! Oh, cool so you got one or both of the new Michelle Dozois workouts, I've been eyeing those too, love her! So you did the stretch from one of those cool, I didn't know that there are three workouts on one dvd, or is it all one workout but different segments can you access those from a chapter menu? Sounds great, and super fun and a great workout with HiiT pyramid when your short on time you can still get a great workout in, awesome. To answer you question, yes, the base kit I purchased of Pump does come with one padded barbel, two weight plates ea of 5lbs, and 10lbs and a speed lock to secure weights. I'm really excited about Pump and have been drooling at it since I got the email about it back in december. I like the idea of low weight high reps and doing that 3 days a week so I can still fit in other cardio workouts around that. I am really looking forward to the rep effect and having the weight just seem to melt off of me. I can't wait and will be boosting that with TF or Insanity or Cathe for Cardio the other three days a week. What appeals to me is how easily it can be used in a rotation of your choosing with other cardio workouts and of course the killer music. I have noted that all the instructors have great form and are consistant which is awesome. I am looking forward to the challenge and I'm also excited to have pre-ordered Cathe's two new workouts as well, can't wait for those either. Let me know what you think of the new Michelle Dozois workouts. Great workout today girlfriend!;):) Oh and about my bike its a Gold's Gym Upright 290 Spin Bike, its great and super quiet. I like it.

Roxie- Nice workout you have planned for tonight with Kettlebell Worx and the TM. Wow, I didn't realize the Kettlebell workout was so short. Oh well, all that matters is that you like it and feel it working. Enjoy!;)

Belinda- Hey girlfriend, wow great workout you did today with HiiT DWP and 4DS Lower body only, nicely done WTG!!! Yes I have Mindy Mylrea's two new bike ones; Short and Sweet and Tabata Trek, both are really great workouts and get a lot done in a little time. I definitely recommend them having done them but I saw the clips and thought how great they would be and they are.
