Crazy, Strong & Loving It for 3/20

Today was cardio and I woke up not feeling like doing anything. But I did and ended up choosing one of my Cardio Coach mixes. I'm getting the desire to start doing kickboxing again, so maybe one day soon I'll do one. I need to start mixing it up again, I'm getting sick of my treadmill.

I downloaded a free App for my Nook called Lose It. It is cool, it helps me keep track of my calories throughout the day. It also lets you put in your workout so it can give you additional calories. I'm shooting for a 1 pound loss a week. I did well yesterday but was really hungry by 9 last night. I ended up drinking a decaf mint tea. That helped a lot. Today I get to eat more because of the calories I burned. We'll see how it works. I love the App!

I didn't sleep well again last night woke up at 3 am againg and couldn't go back to sleep, I think it is all job stress related just wish someone would tell me what is going on. Tonite I will do KCM Muscle Definition 2 before DD comes over for supper.

Debbie-sounds like its time for a change. I use myfitness pal but never log my food just the exercise guess I need to start using it the right way.
 
Hi girls!;)

I'm still feeling like crud but I did go to the doctor and he confirmed it, I have a sinus infection. Oh well, I got a couple of precriptions so that's good anything to help I'm grateful for. I did manage to get a workout in that was in my Les Mills Pump Rotation for week 2 day2. I'll just check in now.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Pump= 30 Min Walk did CCV1 revised walk, jog, run on treadmill for this but didn't go all out do to illness
Met Value= 8.0
Calories burned= 339
MHR= 151
Distance= 2.0 Miles

This definitely wasn't my best effort by far but considering how awful I feel this is miraculous so I'm happy with it.

Roxie- Sorry, about not sleeping well. I think the workout you have planned with KCM Muscle Definition 2 might help alleviate some pent up job stress. I know I always feel better after a workout when I'm stressing about something it seems to lighten the load for me. I hope you'll feel the same and get a good night's sleep have a great workout and rest. Sleep well my friend. ;)
