Today was total body and I had a great workout. It went fast, I like this rotation.

2 sets/12 reps. 1 minute 30 second rest between each set.

Upright Rows - 35#

Static Lunges - 65#

Dumbbell Press - 25's

Bent Over Lateral Raise - 10's

Close Grip Dumbbell Press - 20's

Bicep Pinwheels - 12's

My laptop is clear of viruses but I won't be getting on this site while I am at work again. Tonite is EB's Burn and Firm Pilates. I have enjoyed the lighter workouts but can't wait to start something else next week.

Hi Girls!

I'm here. Yesterday was a snow day and the boys had the day off from school. Plus I woke up with a crap headache. I was in a fog with all the boys home + it's my DH's day off.

I did do Yoga X, 80 of the 90 minutes. I just skipped the standing balance poses. I really do like that yoga workout, though a lot of people don't.

Today was P90X Legs & Back. I might do Ab Ripper X later, but I have cleaning to do too. If not, I'll do it tomorrow.

Debbie: That's awesome you're liking this rotation so much! And how is your neck? Did you see the doctor yet?

Roxie: Sorry to hear about the virus/trojan. that really sucks! AND the itchy/rashy legs. What will you start next week for a rotation?

Nora: That KCM Step Boxing workout sounds like fun! Is that an older one or one with the newest series?

So, yes, we did get snow yesterday. 5 inches +! ICK! Weird year. We got a huge snowstorm in October and then none all winter, until March 1st. Crazy weather.

I did workout today and feeling great about it since I haven't been able to run for a while now. So, I'll just check in now.

here's today's workout:

Cardio Coach Vol.2 my mix + Vol. 3 Stretch= 33 Min
CCV2 Mix has warmup, challenge 1 & 2, Steady State/Rest, cool down and Volume 3 Stretch.
Met Value= 9.50
Distance= 2.05
Calories burned= 428

Ab Hits- Abs Workout #1= 8 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 55

Total calories burned kind of suck but I still feel great after that Cardio Coach sessions, so go figure = 483

Well that's it for me today. I noticed it seems my issues with the virus with regard to this website and my computer blocking it are good, and big plus the website seems to be fixed and so is the workout manager because both are back to normal, YaY!! Ok, well have a fab friday girls and take care!:);)

Yesterday I ended up doing D 6 legs. Not sure, what I will do today? Maybe I will so Zumba???

Nora - thanks for your kind words! I will take care of my hand. I am still gonna finsih STS. Heck, I only have 2 more weeks left. I did lower my weights a pit, it is an endurance workout;) How are you doing?

Debbie - are you feeling any better? Did you order Cathe's new workouts yet? I am still on the fence:rolleyes: the last workouts are tought on the wrist!

Roixie - glad you computer is fixed again.

Chris - Oh no! Poor thing! Hope your headache went away? How are you feeling today? What's up with that snow?? We got lots of rain the last 3 days.
