Crazy, Strong & Loving It for 3/19

Today was total body and I had a pretty good workout. Same workout as last Monday only in superset fashion.

3 sets/18 reps with 2 minutes rest between each set.

SS #1
Incline Dumbbell Press - 25's (up 5#)
ss w/
Band Pulldowns - All three of my bands - got a great burn

SS #2
Bulgarian Split Squats - 12's (no increase)
ss w/
Lateral Raise - 8's (no increase)

SS #3
Seated Dumbbell Curls - 13's (up 1#)
ss w/
Lying Tricep Dumbbell Extension - 13's (up 1#)

Foam rolled a bit. I rode my motorcycle Saturday and the muscle in my left shoulder blade started bothering me again. I think I need to get other handlebars or another set of extenders that bring the bar closer to me. Very frustrating. It was awesome riding, though!
 
Good Morning,

I didn't sleep very well was wide awake at 3:00am kept getting hot. Its storming off and on here today. Tonite will be KCM KBXing I am giving up on the Kettle Worx I just don't enjoy it and I need more leg work.

Debbie-it was a beautiful weekend here but really windy.
 
Hi girls!

I was sick over the weekend with what, I do not know. But I will blame it on my sinuses. Just felt SO tired/dizzy/lightheaded. My body was so tired and a little achy. I had a sore throat and was coughing up the nastiest stuff,when I could cough it up. Not in my chest, from my sinuses. Ick.

I'm starting to feel a tiny bit better today. And I didn't want to throw off my P90X schedule, so I did Chest, Shoulders & Triceps today, plus Ab Ripper X. Not at my best, still kind of fatigued. But I got it done!

Debbie: Nice weight work!! The weather here is awesome this week. I bet it's great to ride your motorcycle again after a long winter!

Roxie: I know you've loved doing KCM , so go with what you like!

Belinda: What are you up to this week? Resting after STS?

Nora: Looking forward to hearing about you Body Pump workout today!
 
Hi girls!;)

I'm sick today, actually it started Friday afternoon. It sounds alot like what Chris had. I still have it and dealing with it all. This has made my balance really wonky, feel as weak as a newborn kitten, and sinuses basically are closed, fee pressure in my ears, yes that nasty cough. UGh! I'll just check in now. Because I'm sick and trying to get better I stuck with just what the Les Mills Pump Rotation had for week 2 now of their 90 day schedule.

Here's today's workout:


Les Mills Pump- Pump & Burn = 35 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 311

This was a really fun workout and I love the emphasis on form wow, those low weights high reps really get ya good. I have to keep reminding myself to not go to heavy and that is not that kind of workout. It does feel great and its lots of fun to do.

That's it for today, I will try to comeback for personals if I'm able to. Great job on all your workouts done today, WTG!
