Good morning girls,

Debbie thanks for starting us off today, had a crappy night again:eek: not sure, what this is all about? Woke up at 2:30 a.m, it's gonna be a long day:confused:
As always your weights are amazing!

Today I am finishing up the 8.5 month STS rotation:D looking forward to all my other workout dvds. I may take a week or two(?) off from working out, just to give my body/wrist a break! My plan for next week is to get lots of stretching in, that's it:p We shall see;)

Chris and Debbie - how are you feeling today? Any better, I hope?

Waving Hallo to everyone that follows today. BBL!

Good Afternoon,

I am going to go for a walk if it isn't raining and then do KCM's Start Here I still have a headache and now and upset stomach and I know its all job stress related, woke up in the middle of the night and almost vomited so I didn't sleep well either.

Belinda-CONGRATULATIONS on finishing STS.

Debbie-good job with your workout.

Hi Girls!

Better late than never, right?

Today I found a great sub for P90X's Legs & Back. I did Cathe's Lower Body Trisets and did back work after each triset. That's exactly what P90X is like! cool deal! A little variety! I also did Ab Ripper X afterwards!

Debbie: Happy Friday to you! Nice workouttoday , as usual!

Belinda: GREAT job finishing that STS rotation !! That was a long one!

Roxie: Hope you feel better now that it's Friday!

Hi Nora!! what did you do today?

Good Evening,

Tonite Prego DD and I went for a walk out at her house and then I did KCM's Start Here Sculpt. The weather is great here 80 degrees.

Walk Stats:
3 miles
38 min
21 in the zone
126 min hr
172 max hr
199 cals burned.

KCM:
31 min
25 in the zone
128 min hr
159 max hr
169 cals burned.

Hi girls~:)

I did my workout this morning and finished up around noon, but couldn't check in until now.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Pump- Pump Challenge= 25 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 205

Les Mills Pump- Sports Attack = 31 Min
Met Value= 9.0
Calories burned= 381

Sports Attack was super fun. It has several HiiT parts, and intervals, and some drill max style drills without equipment and lots of sport moves, speedskaters, basketball drop shot moves, and foot ball drills. This was a fun and fast 31 minutes. It felt to me like it was on par with Cathe's HiiT 30/30, or 40/20, with elements of Drill Max thrown in. I really like this workout its space friendly and you don't need any equipment. So, now I can safely say having done now all three of the Les Mills Pump Cardio's that they are really fun and worth getting. I definitely would recommend them.

Total calories burned= 586 :) This was a fun workout!

Ok girls, I'm not feeling so well right now probably a cold coming on, I hate colds. I'll leave personals now but because I'm not feeling well I'll keep them short.

Debbie- I love what you said about the alarm clock. I can do you one better on that. I used to write fan fiction based on the 80's TV Series "ROSWELL" that is about these three kids found in the dessert now now in there teens
that are alien human hybrids that are children from the 1941 famous Roswell new mexico crash. One of the main characters and the one I adored was named Max, and he has alien powers. He can heal things for example; he can project his power outwardly and alter things. Anyways, I wrote that I had Max wake up after only just sneaking in to go to sleep so that his adopted human parents didn't hear him come in, and the darned alarm clock went off sounding its alarm to wake him up for school. He peaked out from the nice warm bedding he wrapped himself in and gave the alarm clock a dirty look, reached out with his hand and summoned his powers to blow up the alarm clock. Man, I loved writing that scene, I think we all can relate to wanting to blow up the alarm clock. LMAO so funny. Anywho, great workout for you today I gather total body is not your favorite, well you got it done, WTG ^^^d's.:);)

Belinda- Great job and Congrats on finishing up an eight and a half month STS rotation! That is awesome you deserve a medal. Sorry, about not being able to get a good night's sleep. Let's hope tonight will be different. You deserve a rest week that might help with the sleep problems. Take care!

Roxie- Great choice with KCM's Start Here, that's always a good one. I hope your and your DD had a nice walk and wow, enjoy those 80 degree temps, you luck girl. Take care:)

Chris- Nice subbing today with your workout. I see you did a sub for P90X's Legs & Back, using Cathe's Lower Body Trisets and did back work after each triset. Then did Ab Ripper X afterwards! You are amazing!!! Way to rock your workouts and subbing if and when needed. Killer job today Chris, ^^^5's.

Ok, that's it for me today girls. Have a great evening and hugs to everyone! :)

Nora - You use to write for a TV show or did I misunderstand? What exactly did you write that for? I was LMAO when I read it, though. That's how I felt yesterday morning!

Good Morning,

I went for a walk in the park this morning but I could only do 1 mile they are having some kind of 10k race there today and then I came home and did KW Core Level 2 Week 2. I think I am hitting workout burnout which sucks because I am seeing great results from consistant workouts my shorts from last summer are to big. I told DH he is really going to have to push me and I am counting on you girls to keep me accountable.

Nora-cool about the stories.
