Crazy, Strong & Loving It for 3/12

Today was total body and I had a pretty good workout. 18 reps which you all know is not my favorite, but I felt the burn and did well with it.

3 sets/18 reps with 2 minutes rest between each set.

Incline Dumbbell Press - 20's

Band Pulldowns - All three of my bands - got a great burn

Bulgarian Split Squats - 12's - these also burned like a mother

Lateral Raise - 8's

Seated Dumbbell Curls - 12's

Lying Tricep Dumbbell Extension - 12's

I finished today's workout earlier but couldn't check in until now. This is my official start of Les Mills Pump, Day 1 of a 90 day program.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Pump- Pump Challenge= 25 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 205 Lovin'g it.

Turbo Fire- HiiT 15= 17 Min
Met Value= 10.0
Calories burned= 232

Jillian Michaels- Kickbox FastFix- Workout #1 Kickbox w/upper body toning= 20 Min
Met Value= 7.25
Calories burned= 198

This was a fun workout and it was a sweatfest which is typical of Jillian and she does have you work hard for that 20 min and does pack alot in for that short of time. If you like Kickboxing like I do you'll have fun with this. I like how it has three 20 minute workout each different so you can do 1 workout or two or three ; or do all three at the same time or any configuration you like. I think this is great especially as a add-on or standalone, either way I like the versatility of it. This was fun and definitely true to Jillian's workouts and style that we all know. Its fun and intense workout for 20 min of Kickboxing, so its a great buy in my opinion. So, as you can see I had a varied workout today but I like mixing things up and keeping it fun and challenging.

Hi girls!!

I swear the time change has me all behind.

Today I had to get out for a run, it was so nice out!! I did 30 minutes and then came in and did Chest & Back from P90X and Ab Ripper 200.

Great workouts everyone!! Thanks for the review on Jillian, Nora. I'm thinking about that one !! I did get Mindy's Tabata Bootcamp with Toys today!!

I had a busy day at work today so I wasn't able to check in. I didn't get up this morning I had a bad night. Tonite I did KW Level 2 Cardio Week 2 and then I did 35 mins on the TM.
