Crazy, Strong & Loving It for 3/1

Today was cardio and I had a pretty decent workout. I chose Cardio Coach #6 with Candace and did Challenge 1, 2 and 4. I only had 45 minutes so I had to cut one challenge out. Had a hard time getting up this morning.

Belinda - My treadmill is a Pro-Form XP680 Crosstrainer. I got it at Sears years ago. It has incline setting, some workouts programmed in it and keeps time and mileage as you run. It's a really cool piece of equipment, I love it and hope it never quits working on me.
 
Hey girls,

My husband had an doc appt this morning, to get a referal for this surgery. He ask the doc to take a look at my hand (been having problems for weeks), I have carpal tunnel symptoms:( At first I thought I pulled a muscle, I guess not! He also told me to stop with the heavy lifting, infact he told me not to work out:eek: and rest! You know, that's not gonna happend, right:p I have 2 more weeks left with STS and I plan on finsihing it!! I can do this for 2 more weeks. Yesterday I had numbness in my fingers so bad while doing deadlifts, I had to drop by 10#, just couldn't feel my fingers:mad: He thinks it's from lifting so heavy and all the cleaning I been doing:eek:

Roxie wants me to tell you girls, she caught that computer virus that's been going around on the Cathe forum. That's not good:confused: Hope you fix your computer soon.

Today I was suppose to do CCC, I don't see that's gonna happen today:( I may take a complete rest day and get my cardio workout in on the weekend!

DH has given me permission to get on the website he said my laptop was clean just my computer at work got infected which isn't a good thing but we were able to get it cleaned up. I didn't get a workout in tonite I had other things to do and my legs are really itching used a lotion that caused them to breakout.

Belinda-be careful with your wrist use a brace for extra support.

I didn't workout yesterday. I was freaked about the virus thing going around but things are ok on my computers so far so good.

Today's workout:

KCM's Original Step Boxing workout = 55 Minutes
Calories burned= 544 fun workout!

Hugs to Belinda- Trust me I know how scary it is to have your hand just not feel stuff. My right hand is effected because MS and I sort of reluctantly accepted I have functional numbness in that hand due to permanent nerve damage due to MS in my first attack. I have to be careful with weights to make sure I'm gripping it and have it. It helps to wear weight lifting gloves that saves me. Take care with your hand and I hope your DH is going to be ok with needing to see a doctor about surgery. I hate surgery of all kinds infact, its just a scary word surgery. I wish you and your DH all the best with health concerns and to having all the moving and moving in stuff done!

Roxie- Sorry to hear that nasty bug got to your computer but I hope all is well now. ((Hugs)) I know that is stressful. I know how you feel. Hang in there and take care.

Debbie- Nicely done with Cardio Coach#6 with Candice. WTG!! I know its hard sometimes to get up in the morning, beleive me I think we can all relate to that. WTG on CC6!;):)
