Crazy, Strong & Loving It for 2/20

February is already gone. Wow!

Today was total body again. Had a lot of energy and had a great workout. Quick workout, but a good one.

2 sets/8 reps with 1 minute rest.

Incline Barbell Press - 65#

Barbell Row - 55#

Squats - 65#

Dumbbell Military Press - 15's

Barbell Curls - 45#

Elevated Deadlifts - 55#

Then I jumped on my treadmill and did a fast walk up a 4% incline for 15 minutes. Then I foam rolled for about 5 minutes.

Belinda - No, I don't use a heated pillow anymore - I use too but heat makes this problem worse. When it's really bad I ice it and it feels much better then. It's a swelling of the muscle and heat makes it swell more. Not a good thing. I can't remember what treadmill I have, it's an old one. I got it from Sears about 5 or 6 years ago. Tomorrow when I'm on it I'll tell you who makes it and the model.

I never got that workout in, ended up taking a rest day. My sinus hurt to much. Didn't wanted to jump around with that giant headache I been having lately. No matter what I did yesterday, it didn't go away arrr....

My plan today is to get in D5 in and a ab wo?

Debbie - oh, I didn't know about the heat/swelling:( Sounds like you doing the right thing, good for you! I just don't know what TM to get?? Too many choices, I guess:D

Tonite for me is EB's Fat Burning Pilates. No damage from the weather last night.

Belinda-I have a Pro Form but I don't know if they even make them anymore.
 
Another week I've been MIA! (Sorry!)

I got one of those Fitbits (clips on your pants and measures your steps and stair climbs , calories burned and also sleep patterns) and it's very addictive! I love playing with the numbers on line and making them go UP UP UP! (which means I move more and sit less at the computer).

Started the last month of P90X. Monday was Chest & Back + Ab Ripper X. Tuesday was Plyometrics and today I did Shoulders & Arms + Med Ball Abs from Ab Circuits.

Have to shower and take my kitty to get groomed. And my boys have 1/2 day because it's snowing. Snow. almost March and NOW it's snowing. :eek:

Holy cow, Roxie! That is so scary. I'm traumatized by high winds and storms when we got hot last June. Glad you're safe!
