Today was Shoulders and Traps and I had a really good workout. Also worked my abs.

1 minute rest between each set.

SHOULDERS
Dumbbell Military Press - 15's/12 reps - 2 sets (warmup)

Barbell Overhead Press - 55#/8 reps - 3 sets

Upright Rows - 50#/10 reps - 3 sets

Hammer Hold Front Raises - 12's/12 reps - 3 sets
***These burned big time.

Lateral Raise - 12's/15 reps - 3 sets
***These also burned big time.

Bent Over Lateral Raise - 15's/12 reps - 3 sets

TRAPS
Dumbbell Shrugs - 40's/20 reps - 3 sets

ABS
High Reps Ab Work
***This is the 2nd time I did this workout. Last time I couldn't make it through all the reps. This time I did much better. Love this one!

I did GS Legs Timesaver #1 and my legs were shaking when I was done. I have some last minute christmas shopping to get done our first christmas is tomarrow.

Debbie-nice workout. If you get back on I would like you to look at Cathe's Dec 08 rotation and tell me why I have so much success with it so I can do something similar next month.

I just finished my workout for today. I'm definitely feelin' it from STS Total body and my CCV1 My Short Mix today, but I feel awesome and love the feeling of DOMS just letting you know they are there without being too sore.

Here's today's workout:

STS Total Body Isolation and Compound= 66 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 541

Cardio Coach Vol.1 - My Short Mix= 20 Min
Met Value= 9.25
Calories burned= 253
Distance= 1.65 Miles
BPM's=149

I love STS Total Body, its an awesome workout and can't praise it enough if you own STS you must get this and High Reps and might as well get Lower Body Blast and Intensity. They are all awesome and I gotta say the ab work from STS Total Body and High Reps really gets ya good and of course band work to finish off burnin' ya good Cathe style. Cardio Coach always makes me feel so refreshed, energized and at peace with myself afterwards, love it! Well, that's it for me today with my workouts. I'll try to come back later for personals.

Geez Woman,:eek: talk about setting the bar high. Just kidding I always think you are awesome with the weight work, WTG and ^^^5's you rocked that workout today. I agree the abs from High Reps are very intense. High Reps Abs always give me abs DOMS guaranteed, love it!

Roxie- Awesome job on GS Legs Time saver sounds like you got the optimal workout for legs then, Bravo!!! WTG Roxie, and good for you on the Christmas Shopping. Merry Christmas and have wonderful New Year!;):)

Good evening,

Thanks for starting our thread this morning, Debbie! I had my sister's & family over for a Christmas dinner. I was running around like a crazy person. My dishwasher quit on me, it was no fun doing dishes for 11 people by hand. I made a turkey/ham. My DD and I were in the kitchen most of the day cooking and backing. We had a lot of fun.

So no workout for me today:mad:
