Today was legs and I did STS Meso 2, Disc 14, Triset Legs. Had a great workout. Love the STS leg workouts. I never get tired of them.
I think after next week when this rotation is over I'll take a few extra days off and then I'll start STS over again. I'm itching to do it again.
