Hi ladies. I did the HIS from 4DS then the biceps and back premix twice through. I also did weights/plates abs. Kind of worn out now. My triceps are super sore from yesterday and I imagine my biceps are going to be sore tomorrow.
It's rainy, cold, and dreary here today. Not really feeling too motivated to do much else.
