I am done with CCV6:D I traveled 4.45 miles and burned 720 cal! My legs are like jello, they so sore from yesterday.

Happy Thanksgiving! I did Cardio Fusion and abs this morning. Got all of my baking done last night: pumpkin cheesecakes and pumpkin angel food cupcakes with molasses icing. Making a 3-bean salad to take along. We'll be heading to our hometown in a couple of hours.

DH and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Way too much food, lol! Oh, well! We are going to our neighbors upstairs soon. More food!

293 cals burned. Didn't get the cal burn I really wanted.

Today was Yoga X and I did the first 30 minutes of the workout, skipped over to the standing poses and did another 20 minutes. When it got to the ab stuff I quit. Didn't feel much like working out. We have both cats and they aren't getting along too well yet. So about the last half hour of my workout I was busy trying to get those two to behave. Yeesh. Hope Spaz gets over this quick. The other one doesn't seem to care, he's really easy going and sweet. And yes, Pip is a he. We thought it was a she. Oh well.

Wendy - Too funny about Kenpo X. It is a great workout!

Happy Thanksgiving!!

We just finished dinner and will have pie in a little while!
I printed off a work card and did Disc 20 (I think) Legs. That seemed like it would be the easiest to do "away from home". Went down to the club house with my paper plate and I think it worked well. So now I'll just do the 2 upper body discs this weekend when I get home.
Debbie, I'm glad you read my other post - I felt so bad for talking negatively about a workout that I hadn't done!

HaPPY tHANKSgivinG Girls!!!

This morning I did Turbo Kick , Round 30. I sweat my buttocks off , even got to puke status after the blast :eek::eek: and then did the 4 minutes or so of abs on the same disc, and then added on the floorwork from Ab Jam (me too, Roxie!!)

I totally out ate and out drank all the good I did though. Wow!! food and drink was wonderfully good. You don't get that every day! So it's ok. but don't let me eat anymore of it, okay???

You guys got some great workouts in!

Great to read about them , you all inspire me!!!!

I tried to be good and do my workouts today. I even did it after I ate thanksgiving dinner, so I think that should be worth bonus points.:p

Here's today's workout:

Jillian Michaels iFit Card #1 Week 1, Program 3= 20 Min Power Walk
Distance= 1.15 Miles
Calories burned= 159
I did this to increase my cardio and calories burn. I figured it would be a good idea, LOL!!

Low Impact Circuit= 75 Min
Calories burned= 582

That's it for me today! To those of you that are tackling Black Friday, Best of Luck and may the best strategy shopper win!:p
