I am super sore from spinning. I will try to go to the gym tonight, not sure what classes they offer?

Tonite I will either do cardio or wts. and it will be something KCM just haven't decided what I want to do shoulders and chest are sore from last night.

I just finished today's workout and wow! Les Mills Pump rep effect got me good today especially in my shoulders, love it!

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Pump- Pump & Burn = 35 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 311

Wow, the instructors really got me feelin' the burn and bringing on the rep effect. Oh boy, we have been officially introduced, yowza~ but in a good way, love that feeling.:) I had a fun and intense workout which always seems the norm with Les Mills Pump, so I'm having a ball with that.

Belinda- glad you had fun at your spin class. If you get the chance I'd see if they offer any body pump classes. You'd like them too, I'm sure. Take care and give those tired sore spin class muscles a nice rest and maybe a stretch today.;)

Roxie- I know you said you'd do either cardio or wts tonight most likely something KCM, which will be great. Have fun and take care~;)

Debbie- I'm sure you're either taking a rest day or already had a killer workout for today, so enjoy the benefits of either one. ;)

Hi Girls!

Sorry I've been MIA. Not sure why! LOL!. I did gradually get better as the week has gone on. I still have some sinus issues, which I think now are allergy symptoms.

I've kept up with my P90X schedule this week, subbing when I felt like it, but comparable workouts.

Today I did Lower Body Blast: Premix without the cardio blasts, just the weight and floor work. Owie. :eek:

Our nice weather stretch is about to break. It's like May instead of March here all week, but it's supposd to cool down.

Belinda: I think spinning scares me!

Roxie: Sounds like you've had some good workouts this week. You weren't getting any DOMS from Kettleworx, as far as I can remember. Good thing you switched back to KCM!

Debbie: I thought of you today because I have this tweak in my neck/shoulder! :eek: My upper back got murdered from the weight work this week. It's just DOMS.

Nora: Still kicking it with Les Mills, huh? They sound like great workouts. And they're short , huh? ....

I'll try to stop by tomorrow with whatever workout I do. I'll be working so won't be by on Sunday!

I did a mixture of workouts tonite I am not really feeling very well my head feels weird and my ears feel plugged. I did KCM Start Here just the cardio premix and Turbo Jam 20min Cardio Party.

TJ:

13 in the zone
140 min hr
160 max hr
123 cals burned.

Chris-just really didn't like the workouts and the instructor wasn't very good. Good job with your workouts.

Nora-glad to hear you are feeling better and good job with your workout.

I did get today's workout in so, I guess I'm alive, LOL!!;) I'll just get to checking in now.

Distance= 8.0 Miles

I did this to meet Les Mills Pump schedule of walking for 45 minutes. I thought this was a great substitute for that.

Les Mills Pump-Hard Core ABS = 20 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 137

Total calories burned= 697

Hey girls,

Never got my workout in yesterday. Yesterday we saw my husband surgon in Boltimore, DH gets his suregery April 3! After that we drove to DC to see the Cherry Blossom, gorgeous! glad we went yesterday! Tt's raining today.
 
I went to the gym today and did CCPP! Tomorrow is yoga , zumba and spinning, lol! I am gonna be dead, lol! Maybe I only take 2 glasses?

Guess what DH and I did yesterday? We bought a Vitamix in Costco, lol! I am gonna try it this week and see if I like it:eek:
