Today was total body and I did the same workout as last Friday only in superset fashion:

2 sets/12 reps. 1 minute 30 second rest between each superset.

So I didn't get up this morning because DH will be out working on the kids house tonite so I can get in my exercise and it will be Kettle Worx Level 2 Resistance and KW Fast Burn workout #3 with possible TM time.

Debbie: Nice job on the cardio and weights today! Did you get your HRM fixed?

Roxie: So do you think you'll stick with Kettle Worx for now after the first week? Have "fun" tonight!! ;)

Nora: Nice job on your workout yesterday. Yes, the plank work in ALL of the LIS series is crazy. I think any variation of mountain climbers are my least favorite exercise. Oh wait, no, BUTT KICKS (on your hands and feet) are my least favorite exercise!

Chris-after the nice gesture KCM just made I am thinking about going back to here workouts. I messaged her through FB to see if Start Here would be good for DD while she is pregnant and Kelly said it would be perfect and she wanted her name and address so she could send her a personalized T-Shirt to congratulate her.

I finished my workout about 11 am today, had to get a really early start. So, I'll just check in now and be back later for personals.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Pump- Pump Challenge= 25 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 205

LIS CardioSuperSets = 41 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 420

Total calories burned= 625 ;)

Hey girls,

quick check in: I finally finished my workout, did D9 legs! I went and got some bloodwork done this morning, went to breakfast w/DH:eek: after we came home my dog browler started to limp:( he wouldn't even follow me, he always does:p I knew I was in pain. So DH and I took him to the vet. He gave Browler a shot for the pain. checked him for lime, gave me pain meds for a few days and all that cost me $200:( not cheap!

I will be back later!

Today is cardio for me. I have 3 more disc left with STS, can't believe I did STS for 8 1/2 month!!! But I did it! I need a break from heavy lifting, lol. Maybe just for a while?

Debbie - awesome job with your workouts. What weight rotation are you doing? Looks awesome.

Chris - glad you enjoy P90X! I never done P90X, need to pull it out, lol. I hear you on the mountain climbers and butt kicks, hate those too!

Roxie - that's nice of Kelly! For some reason, my order never got through with her new workouts, arrr. I like her.

Nora - how do you like Les Mill Pump and what kind of workouts are they? Good job, on your workouts, girl!

I was up at 5am this morning so I did KCM KBXing and Abs and then we went and told DHs mom about the baby and then on to my mom and sisters house to tell them and then I came home and got a perm.

I did my workout today after I went to see the movie, "Men of Valor" awesome, I gotta say huge respect and props to our Navy Seals and those that serve in special forces and all military. Great film and I was moved.

Here's today's workout:

LIS- Slide & Glide= Express -Cardio + Abs+ Stretch= 39 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 373

Les Mills Pump- Pump Challenge= 25 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 205

Total calories burned= 578;)

I did pull my right hip flexor doing slide and glide so I'm going to take it easy and rest. I'll workout monday but will have to give some serious thought to what I'll do for cardio that won't irritate things. I will begin officially Les Mills Pump Rotation starting Monday. It should be a great one.

Today is my nephew's 11th birthday party and then I will do a stretch. Its rainy here today so probably won't do much else.
