I was so excusted yesterday, just did MMA Kickbox and that was it;) All those unpacking is getting on my last nerves.

I have D3 legs on tap today. What about you girs?

I did Ellen Barretts Fat Burning Pilates and I know this is suppose to be like a rest week but I wish the calorie burn was higher with these workouts. I might do something different next week leaning toward Turbo Jam.

Debbie-I took the day off spending it shopping with my oldest DD.

Belinda-I strongly dislike unpacking.
 
Hi Girls!

Been busy this week with my boys off from school. PLUS, i've been sleeping in, which has been HEAVEN!

I have kept up with my workouts though. This week is week 4 of the 2nd month of P90X. Kind of like "recovery week" , with no weights.

Yesterday I went for another run and did STS Extended Stretch

Today I did Cardio Core Circuit!!!! :eek:

Nice job getting your workouts in this week girls!!! impressed with all that you have going on. !!!! :)
 
Hi girls,

No workout for today, so nothing to report in with today. I did my usual foam roller workout, but that's it. I'm having an issue with the workout manager it wont allow me to click on calendar and view my calendar and schedule a workout either. Nice workout today girls, Hi Debbie and Chris! h ang in there Belinda and Roxie WTG!!!

I am headed downstairs to do Self Bikini Shape Fast with Ellen Barrett. My back is really hurting today for some reason. We are going to a home and garden show with dd and her dh to help them get ideas for their new house. I decided to do KCM's Start Here workout #1 cardio, wts, and a stretch.

Today I ALMOST talked myself out of yoga, but I ended up doing Premix #1 of Yoga Relax + some foam rolling! :)

Nora: Good for you for taking a day for rolling! I'm sure your hard worked body appreciated it.

Roxie: Did you do both Ellen Barret and KCM? Have fun at the home show,.. I love new ideas and shopping!!

I worked out today thought I'd try out a new dvd I bought a few months ago but had not tried. I'll check in now and tell you about it.

Here's today's workout:

Tracey Staehle- Total Body Boot Camp Metabolic Conditioning- Workout#1= 39 Min No Equipment
Met Value= 8.50
Calories burned= 453

This was a real sweatfest and definitely reached puke status with this one and amazingly workout# 1 had no equipment. It did remind me of a more mild low key version of Insanity but with a real warm up and stretch after and abs. This was an extremely tough but fun workout and it was very time efficient. I was very impressed with it. When I did purchase Total Body Boot Camp Metabolic Conditioning I did get its companion called Total Body Boot Camp Strength. Each dvd workout has three different workouts on it. Now I want to try out the other one. I have to say that I'm very impressed with the workout I did today and look forward to trying the other two workouts, they do have equipment which I do have. I have to say I think Tracey Staehle nailed it. Great workout and definitely a killer with puke status. ;)

Ok, that's it for me today and for this week girls. I hope everyone is feeling great from their workouts and eating clean. Great job on all your workout accomplishments keep it up. I'll be back next week for check ins but I may decide to not start back on a workout rotation until second week in March we'll see.
