Crazy, strong and loving it for the weekend!

So last night around 8 my right shoulder started to really hurt. I couldn't sleep at all, it was just throbbing. And the bad thing is, I lay on my right side when I sleep. I can't sleep any other way. I can't lift my arm up at all right now. My dh had to help me get dressed. It's getting better as the morning goes on, but I doubt I'll be able to workout or ride my bike for a few days, it not a few weeks. :(

WTH?

I don't even know what I did here. I've done front raises with way more heavier weight then I did yesterday. So I don't get it.

I hope it's muscular and not my rotator cuff. I took Aleve and that seems to be helping. Hopefully that means it is only muscular.

Today I did Turbo Fire HiiT 25. WOW. Puke status. that's all I'm sayin'
I also did Core 20 from Turbo Fire. 10 minutes is standing tubing work, which is pretty cool and then 10 on the floor, some with the band, which is SUPER challenging!

Belinda: Hope you had a good workout! What did you do?

Debbie: Oh my gosh. That's horrible about your shoulder! I'm so so sorry to hear it!! You've been through so much physical crap already. Hope it's easily fixed! Maybe you should go to the ER/Doctor? get an XRAY just in case!

Roxie: Good for you AND the dog! IS he getting better at going for walks? You did something, are you feeling better?

Work this weekend as usual. Sunday is rest day. Well, rest from workouts!

Chris-still have some dizziness but my head quit hurting and its not full of pressure. I forgot about the standing core work in that workout I can't lay down to do abs so I am looking for standing ab work. I have Turbo Jam Standing Abs and a 10min solution standing ab but I need something until I can lay down on the floor.

Insanity- Fast & Furious= 20 Min

Paul Katami- Kettlebell Drills- Clinic= 34 Min + 18 Min Core work= 52 Min
Met Value= 7.0 High Intensity
Calories burned= 497

Chalene Extreme- Recharge= 21 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 57

Total calories burned= 854;)

Today marks 60 days done of Chalene Extreme I just completed the second of three phases the push phase. Monday I start the Lean phase. At this 60 day measurement check I've lose another 1 inch in my waist down 1.5 inches from the first 30 days. I've lost another 2.5 inches in my hips, and 1.5 inches in my chest. My arms have gotten approx. 1.5inches smaller. In my thighs I gotten two inches smaller. My weightloss has not changed I'm still holding at my 15 pound weight loss initially but my body fat percentage is down now by 14.4% from the previous 30 days, so I'm loving that!!!:eek: So, I'm really happy about that!
I'm getting results and I'm loving that big time I hope I lose more weight still and inches and also in my body fat percentage as well.
