Yesterday I took a slow 10 min. walk with DH, that’s all I could do! My plan is to take a small walk today, getting stiff!:rolleyes: This afternoon I am getting an MRI, I will keep you posted.

Good Morning,

Today was suppose to be lower body but I have a headache and backache so probably will be cardio. I am going to try and do cardio in the mornings on my wt days since DH is gone and see if that helps shake things up. I know Debbie you will disagree.

Belinda-I will keep you in my thoughts today hope you don't need surgery.
 
Today I did a cardio workout. I really needed to workout. Been eating a lot of junk. And not moderately, either. So I chose Strikezone and had an excellent workout. Now that I've done this one quite a few times I know the moves well. Makes a huge difference with my HR. This is one fun workout. I really enjoy it.

8 minutes below zone
16 minutes in zone
33 minutes above zone
426 calories burned

Just finished Basic Step and I thought I was suppose to do lower body today but it is really 4ds Back and Bis if my tris will allow, they are still sore from Saturdays workout.

Stats:
31 min
25 in the zone
132 min hr
152 max hr
183 cals burned.

Debbie-do you think 30 min workouts are just as effective as 60 min ones?
 
Hi ladies. I did S&H triceps/biceps and added weight again for at least the first set on tris and all sets for bis. Felt really strong. Cardio sucked though. Thought I wanted to do Rhythmic Step but after 20 mins and my stinking HR wouldn't budge past 135, I decided to do something else. I did the step only from Cardio & Weights and 2 segments from IMAX 2.

Debbie - If it makes you feel any better, I've been eating like there was no tomorrow this holiday weekend too! Today I'm on track so far, but it's still early LOL!

Belinda - let us know how the MRI goes please.

Girls I need some advice again. I really love grapefruit with a bowl of cereal in the winter time for brkfst, but my cholesterol med does not allow me to have grapefruit so what is another winter fruit that I can use as a replacement?
 
Do you like melons? I don't like either so I don't know a good "replacement" LOL. I am loving blueberries in cereal or yogurt.
