Crazy Strong and Loving It for September 26, 2009

Good morning,

Just a little update!

DH and I had to take all the carpets out of the 4 bedrooms, they all got wet from the hail storm a few weeks ago. We are having tile put in all the bedrooms. I been packing up stuff in boxes since 3 days (left most my dishes). DD decided she and her boyfriend (he's been wanting to moving in since months )to move in the house (DS isn’t keeping up with the house), they grass isn't cut. DH and I think it isn’t a bad idea,this way someone can keep up with everything. My son still would be living with them. We are giving my son our master bed room and bathroom, which is huge. There is also a key to the bedroom door;)We will have DD and her BF sign a contract, we will see a lawyer next week. Our house is only 5 years old; everything in the kitchen is stainless steel, we are also keeping a lot of our personal items in the house (like my antics) or the garage. I was so stressed out for the last few days,beause I wasn't sure if it’s the right thing to do. My DD agreed to everything DH and I ask her not to do, I even ask her not to have overnight guest in the house (because of my son), she agreed except for her BF’s mom, which I had a problem with until I thought about it. She is his mom; she is the only one that can stay overnight, nobody is staying alone in the house:p. I personally I have nothing against her, she is pretty cool. I know this all sounds crazy and I hope this all works out for everyone. I don’t want DH and I get screwed, but I also trust my DD. DD and her BF will pay rent and most of all the utilities. DH will monitor gas, electric and water.since DS didn't use alot for the last year. Not much of a vacation going on here, except clean and boxing everything up and moving things around. My house is a mess and it’s stressing me out.

As far as workouts go, I walked a few times this week. I plan on getting a workout in today, not sure what. My eating isn’t that great, I am eating all the stuff I can’t get in Germany, lol.
DH and my kids are watching a football game today. Hopefully I will be back with personals. I will take a brake for shopping today:p

Today is usually my rest day but my mom's hip surgery is tomorrow so I'm taking that as my rest day instead. Had a great leg workout today. I did Meso 2, Week 3, Disc 20, Legs. I like these tri-sets. Makes the leg workout go by really fast.

TRISET #1
Lateral Step Ups - 25#/10 reps each leg
Side Slide Lunges with Paper Plate - 15#/10 reps each leg
One Leg Sit N Stands - 15#/10 reps each leg
***Did three sets of tri-sets, 1 minute rest between each. I didn't like the One Leg Sit N Stands. I can't hold my one leg up and this hurts my knees.

TRISET #2
Static Lunge - 25's/10 reps each leg
Plie Squats Alternating Hand - 35#/10 reps first set; 37#/10 reps 2nd & 3rd set
One Leg Slide Back Lunges with Paper Plate - 15#/10 reps each leg
***I liked this tri-set. I really like the way Cathe does the plie squats in this series. It's fun.

TRISET #3
Squats Narrow Stance - 35's/10 reps
45 Degree Lunge - 20's/10 reps each leg
One Leg Sit N Slide with Paper Plate - 15#/10 reps each leg
***Another good triset. Really got burned with this one.

One Leg Calf Raise - 15#/20 reps each leg
***Did three sets non-stop. These burn when you just do one leg at a time.

Please say a prayer for my mom. I'll let you all know how she did on Tuesday.
