I took my rest day yesterday. Had huge trouble with my son. Very long exhausting day.

today I did a premix from KCM's Cardio Blast. It was Step with Plyo Intervals for 42 minutes. It was fun. I do like KCM!!

I did a 2.31 run/walk in the park this morning ran laps 2,4&5 and 1/4th of 6 then walked 1,3,&6. I will do planks later.

I had a migraine yesterday, and took a rest day.

Today, a slight headache,, but tackled and did all of Afterburn.

Hi everyone!

Wow this website looks great! I love the orange/black colors. So much easier to look at. Only thing is I can't find the Social Groups where I talk about GH with people. It seems to be gone. :(

So no workouts for me this week either. My elbow is starting to feel good and I don't want to injure it again. Knees are so/so. I'm enjoying the break, I think I'm really burned out right now.

DH and I went to the lake yesterday so I only did my planks and today its so hot and I was outside almost all afternoon so feeling drained. I will do my planks thought.

Debbie-I am thinking of taking this week off but I have a family thing Saturday and I want to look good.

Chris - Sounds like you need to start Whole30 again. I see you are getting migraines again. I hope you are feeling better. I think the foods we buy anymore is our enemy! What are they putting in our foods? It's scary!!!

Roxie - Believe me, one week of not working out won't make you gain 10 pounds or 1 pound for that matter. Take the week off if you want to. :)

Nora - Nice workouts this week. How are you liking BB? Looks like you are really enjoying it!

Belinda - I heard there was only one Social Group active (which I'm thinking is the one I'm on) so they aren't going to bring them back. WTH???

Debbie - I read about the SG on VF forum. I guess it's all about money and not enough people using it? Cathe lost a lot of people when she started posting only on Facebook, everyone is posting over there. I think if Cathe wants more people using the forum , she needs to start posting more on her forums. JMO! Forget about the Ask Cathe forum? When was the last time she answered a question? I also wonder if this is her last dvd series? I also read somewhere dvd's are declining.

Roxie- Good for you and getting in those planks. Its ok to rest and not workout every now and then, its good for your body to rest and repair.. I hope you got to enjoy the lake and had fun yesterday. I hope today is a great day and workout on tap for you. Have a blessed day!;)

Debbie- Yes, I am enjoying BB. Today was the first day of Bulk which surprised me its not going heavier per se but different types of sets making it tougher such as: progressive sets, single sets, force sets, super sets, giant sets, multi sets, and combo sets, Phew! Its challenging but doable especially since I've done STS and 1 rep max, so I know what weight I can use safely. The trick is to pay attention to what type of set you are doing so you don't start it with a heavier wet than necessary given the reps of 15, 12, 8 basically per each set. You are right they do put alot of unneeded stuff in food today. I'm trying to eat clean as best I can so that means preparing stuff myself and aiming for lots of veggies. Trying to eat clean is just a habit I need to learn and develop and repeat it every day. Its my goal anyways. Take care and enjoy your rest week and have a blessed day! :);)

Hi Girls!

Today I'm feeling much better (though tired, my normal tired..lol). I did MMA Boxing , with the core at the end. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would! And it gave me some energy! Of course, right?

Debbie, good call on taking an extra rest week and resting your sore body parts!! Hope you get some yoga and stretching in, maybe a walk or 2! .... I actually have been doing strict Paleo for the last 15 days! No sugar, no processed food, etc. I truly don't know what gave me the headache. Maybe maybe MAYBE allergies? I have been sleeping with the window open and waking up with a stuffy nose. And the headache on Saturday and Sunday. I started taking Zyrtec at night now.

Roxie, Nice job on keeping with the planking! your core must be looking pretty good! I say if you are busy this week, take the week off and work extra hard NEXT week to make up for your fun weekend.

Belinda, What is SBF? Sounds like barre work? Always good to do barre stuff!... I love my DVDs . I know they are declining , and it makes me sad. I don't have a good computer to download and play workouts on.

Nora, nice job on BB! I guess you decided to add in extra cardio? I'm glad you are liking the workouts though, I really loved the way they do weights .

Chris - SBF is Suzanne Bowen Fitness. I read about dvd's are declining, it's a shame. I also like my dvd's. I always can count on them. We have high speed internet, you can't always count on it.

Nora - good job on BB. I need to give BB a whirl one day. So many workouts and so little time.
