Well I have only managed to do 3 workouts this week so far and my wt is down 2lbs 123# 3 to go until goal. I wasn't feeling well all day yesterday quesy stomach so I didn't eat much so then I ended up with a headache and I was physically and emotionally drained when I went to bed. This morning is SJP step only to warm up for 4ds legs and abs then tonite is 4ds ch, tris, and shoulders followed by more abs.

Belinda-sorry to hear you are stressed it must be going around.
 
This is going to be a fun day I have the flu, but I did manage to do 3 of my workouts.

SJP Stats:
26 min
22 in the zone
156 min hr
179 max hr
206 cals burned (best I have ever done with this one).

4ds Lower Body Stats:

207 cals burned (didn't go very heavy with anything due to not feeling well)

Yesterday I did Meso 2, Week 2, Disc 16, Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Had a really good workout but had to cut it short because I had to take my mom to where she is going after her hip surgery. It's a really nice rehabilitation place and I think she will be very comfortable there. One week to go before her surgery. :(

This is how the workout went yesteryday. This was a cool workout because with the last set where you work to failure you do a back-off set where you lower your weights and then rep out. Very effective.

Hi ladies. Today I needed to do some damage control from out of control eating last night!!! DH's party went off without a hitch and everyone seemed to have a great time. I just couldn't keep myself out of the cheese dip and black bean/corn salsa. Forget the cupcakes, give me cheese! LOL. I had baked tortilla chips though so that has to count for something right?

Today I did chest and back from PS and did a bonus burn adding chest and back from PH and PH abs. My chest muscles are twitching like crazy right now. I don't feel like I got my back very well though. I really need to find some better back work...suggestions? I like pullovers. I really need a pullup bar. I think that would help my back strength. Unfortunately, the bars aren't designed for the doorways of old homes. Found that out the hard way. Anyway, I also did Imax 3. I think total calories for weights and cardio was 756 today.

Today was Mindy Mylreas new Bosu workout. I haven't done this one before (and never have really done much with my bosu) so it was very interesting! Worked up a great sweat and really challenged myself with this new type of workout for me. I'm getting kind of bored doing all of these cathe workouts so I am trying to switch it up a little bit and incorporate some other instructors or exercises. I'm pooped out now and am ready for a nap! DH and I are going to see another band tonight so it will be a late night...

Yeah, its Saturday!!!

Here's my workout today:

Amy Bento's In The Ring-Combo NRG Mix= 57 minutes
Calories burned= 545
I substituted In the Ring for Kick,Punch,Crunch. I was supposed to do KPC , but I've done that one alot I wanted to do a different Kickboxing workout so I did In the Ring. It was a lot of fun and definitely made me a sweaty mess.;)

STS Ab Circuits-Med Ball Abs= 10 Minutes
Calories burned= 61 Love these Medball abs!:)

I hope everyone is having a great day and fab weekend. Tomorrow is a rest day for me, so I doubt I'll be checking in. Great job on today's workouts I know its hard to make yourself workout on a saturday but it always makes you feel great afterwards.
