Crazy Strong and Loving It for September 18, 2009

Hi and good morning,

I am done with my workout :p DH and I went to the gym, at 6.am, I did CC the TC, burned 820 cal. I was soaked in sweat. I also did SM with the ball. Had a great workout.

I have a busy day ahead, I have no time for personals. SORRY!

Well this morning I did get up at 5 when DH left for swim BUT I didn't workout. It's supposed to be a rest day for me. Instead I was making more quesadillas. Though, I must admit the thought of popping in a kickbox DVD did cross my mind. Today is a rest day, today is a rest day...

Good Morning,

Yesterday I got up early and did Imax 3 step only still have problems with combos 2,7 and 8. I was suppose to do 4ds lower body to but for some reason I just can't get motivated to do lower body wt. work. Then this morning I was suppose to get up early and do 4ds shoulders, chest an tris and that didn't happen why can I get up early for cardio but not wts so today I am getting a perm so I am leaving work early so hopefully I can get both workouts done today and I still need to work abs.

Roxie - it is VERY hard to be motivated to do any leg work after Imax 3!! I don't even entertain the idea. That one is a leg workout in and of itself. Good job! I'm like you on getting up early for weights. I think you have to be soooo totally awake to do weights. Cardio you can sort of zone out LOL.

Have a crappy head cold and really trying to motivate myself to do IMAX2. At least it's something I love! So it shouldnt' take too much more...

Upper body is still a little sore today from PUB. Now my lower body is sore today from Kickmax - which I did last night. I wasn't feeling too good last night during the workout (felt like there was a lead ball in my stomach) but I somehow got through it. (it wasn't pretty though!) I might take my rest day today since its Friday! :) I'll see what DH's plans are for the night.

Eating has been pretty good this month. I gave up custard for this month and I hardly miss it at all. I am very proud of myself. Its always that first 24 hours that is hard. :p

I'm doing a checkin with my sister now too. Hopefully we can help each other through some rough patches and support each other to reach some of our health goals. I was trying to get her to check in on here, but I think she was intimidated by all of the fellow crazy strong people. :p

Hi girls -

Haven't worked out yet today - don't think I will, I'm just exhausted. But yesterday I did Chest & Back from 4DS. And the day before I did KM leg cond drills, PLB stability ball floorwork, and PUB abs.
Both girls have soccer games tomorrow, and my husband starts his new schedule - graveyard shift. We'll see how that goes. But since I'll go to afternoons then, I'll be working out in the morning now.

I'm extremely late for my check-in I just now finished it, busy day.

Here's today's workout:

Pyramid Lower body= 50 Minutes
Calories burned= 388

Ok, off to go shower and relax. I went to see my neurologist today, and I'll need another MRI of my brain neck and thoracic spine since its been 2years since my last MRI. MRI's are the best way to see how someone's MS individual course of disease is going and if the treatment they are on has been effective at reducing the number of lesions to the brain, and spinal cord. I hate MRI's I have to take something to calm me since they tend to make me have panic attacks. Oh well, I bite the bullet and do what I'll have to. So, it seems an MRI is looming somewhere in my future. ;)

Belinda- Is it just me or are those MRI's extremely loud and pounding like a migraine headache or what? Great workout for you today, your my hero working out within your doctors restrictions and guidelines, Big Hugs!! Please tell hubby for me Thank you for serving this country, he's a hero!

Everyone else, I haven't had a moment to read your comments and checkins except for belinda's since she's usually the first one listed on the thread. Hey, we made it through friday, I say high five to all of us and group hugs!;)
