Crazy, strong and loving it for Sept. 20, 2011

Good Morning

DD and I for our walk this morning it was chilly and looked like it might rain. Tonite is Super Sets Lower Body. They finished the roof last night.

Debbie-I am just not sure how to fit everything together. Circuits, KBX, Boxing, Intervals and Hiit workouts.
 
Back for a quick check in:

Cardio Core Circuit and JM30DS L3 D4 is done. I still have to get my weight workout in;) will do it tonight!


Debbie - Thanks to you, I am down over 6 lb. Remember I ask you about my cal intake a few days ago? It's working:D I upped my cal to 1500 or a little hight and the weight is going down:eek: I am glad you listen to your body, good call!

Nora - (((HUGS))) can't believe you still working out! You crazy, girl!:p

Chris - how are you doing today?

Roxie - you are doing great with your workouts, keep it up!

I will be back later, still need to get D15 (second round) in today!
 
Hi Strong and Lean girls!!! :)

I don't think I checked in yesterday. It was cardio day and I didn't FEEL like running or even Turbo Fire. All of a sudden it hit me: STEP! I haven't done step in a very very long time. So I did Cardio Fusion All Step Premix! SO freakin fun!

Today I did a new to me workout, Bob Harpers Pure Burn, Super Strength. Wow. That was a challenging workout, and I really do love Bob. better than Jillian ;) It was mostly weights, but had a cardio factor, and wicked endurance. Including isometric stuff. My muscles were crying. I think I uttered the "f" word a few times too. :eek:

Belinda: Congrats on the weight loss!!! Awesome job. I know sometimes incresasing calorie intake just doesn't make sense, but it works!

Roxie: Sounds like some nice morning walks with your DD. Tough PM workouts! Where is Jessical Biel's workout program? Was it in a magazine? That sounds very interesting...

Debbie: Good call on sticking w/cardio for a week before weights. You're being VERY smart. Great run today!

Nora: Sorry you're feeling badly. I'm amazed at all you do with the pain you have. Be careful! No falling!!!

I finished up my workout today around 1:30 pm but had to take one kid home then bring him back to school to be ready to take the bus to his cross country meet. So, I'll just check in for now and comeback later for personals.

Here's today's workout:

Turbo Fire - 55 EZ Class= 57 Min
Met Value= 9.0
Calories burned= 700
I wore 1# weighted gloves on each hand during the entire workout.

Turbo Fire- Stretch 10 Class= 10 Min
Met Value= 2.50
Calories burned= 34
Love this short but effective stretch.

STS Ab Circuits- Med Ball Abs= 10 Min
Met Value= 4.50
Calories burned= 61

Total calories burned= 795;)

Ok, that's it for me today girls but I will be back later for personals.

TJ Abs:

Pushups:

0 in the zone
146 min hr
167 max hr
7 cals burned.

Chris-I found her workout on line googled it. Her circuits involve TM, Elliptical and jumping rope.

Belinda- Wow! Nicely done today with Cardio Core Circuit and JM30DS and possibly adding weights on, you go girl. OH! Congrats on the weightloss ^^^5's on that one, that's awesome news!:):cool::eek:

Roxie- Congrats on the roof being finished!!! Good for you and your DD you guys got in your morning walk, despite the iffyness of the weather. I see, you planned to do Supersets Lower body, sounds like a great workout to me, Keep up the hard work, its paying off!;)

Chris- Ooh that's got me thinking when you mentioned doing Cardio Fusion All Step, I haven't done that one in ages. Its all good stuff that cathe makes no matter when it was made its a timeless keeper. I have all of Bob's series that he has that you mentioned except the kettlebell ones and the two new ones the beginner one and the ripped abs one. I have only done one of two of his series. I think I got sidetracked with a new rotation or something but I do like Bob's style. I have some of Jillians and she's good but I think I have to give the edge to Bob, maybe its just a personality thing I don't know. I do think Jillian is great as well its just a question of whose personality I like on a given day as a trainer. Great workouts you did today, yes Bob's workout you did definitely is challenging in Pure Strength and there is a definite cardio factor as well. He's a one-two punch with that workout, good stuff on the workout way to kill it girlfriend!;):)
