Hi Strong and Lean girls!!!
I don't think I checked in yesterday. It was cardio day and I didn't FEEL like running or even Turbo Fire. All of a sudden it hit me: STEP! I haven't done step in a very very long time. So I did Cardio Fusion All Step Premix! SO freakin fun!
Today I did a new to me workout, Bob Harpers Pure Burn, Super Strength. Wow. That was a challenging workout, and I really do love Bob. better than Jillian

It was mostly weights, but had a cardio factor, and wicked endurance. Including isometric stuff. My muscles were crying. I think I uttered the "f" word a few times too.
Belinda: Congrats on the weight loss!!! Awesome job. I know sometimes incresasing calorie intake just doesn't make sense, but it works!
Roxie: Sounds like some nice morning walks with your DD. Tough PM workouts! Where is Jessical Biel's workout program? Was it in a magazine? That sounds very interesting...
