Hi and good morning,

I saw 2 ENT doctors yesterday. My ears are so imflamed they had to wicked both ears. My entire left face side is swollen and I am in a lot of pain. I did menaged to get STS M2 D13 in yesterday. Had to stop a few times to get some rests. I did like it much better than M1, not so much running around and changing weights.
 
Debbie - Welcome back, girl! I missed you! Glad to hear you shoulder is much better and you got losts of rest on your vacation.
 
Roxir - nice job on that walk, girl!
 
Nora - well done with your workouts!

Not sure, what I will do today. Need to do something with low impact! BBL!
 
Good Morning,

I didn't get a workout in last night was watching football and DD called this morning she had and upset stomach so no walk. Tonite will be MM Upper Body premix and some abs.

Belinda-it sounds to me like you just need to rest and take it easy.
 
Thanks everyone, it's good to be back. Can't wait to start STS next week. I'm feeling better today. I have a note on my monitor that says, "SIT UP STRAIGHT" and that has helped a lot. I know when I'm in pain I tend to slouch a lot and that makes everything worse. So far today only a little pain in my upper back.

Roxie - You did all the work girl, all I did was supply you with a rotation. Congrats to you on losing weight and getting noticed! That is always the icing on the cake!

Chris - How is your brother doing?
 
Debbie-what barbell set do you use and the size of your plates? I think next month if the new workouts arrive I am going to do GS and the Low Impact workouts.

I just finished my workout and will now quickly check in since I have to get ready to pick up my son from school.

Here's today's workout:

Paul Katami-Hollywood Bootcamp 4X4= 72 Min
Met value= 7.50
Calories burned= 737

Wow! This was a seriously fun workout and intense. I have read that some people commented that that workout is superhard and tough to complete. So, I anticipated a dread factor, but didn't experience it having now done this workout for the first time. It was fun! I really love Paul Katami's Kettlebell dvds and this was my first of his cardio ones. He's great and fun I love that he gets out of breath and is sweating as much as we are:p I can respect an instructor that does the work and is as sweaty as me. LOL!! Just like our Cathe does, yay! Imagine how many people has inspired with her talents in fitness training industry, Love that!!
