Good morning,

I couldn't sleep last night, was up at 2.30 a.m:( Not sure what I will do today, looks like we are in for some rain. Maybe I will go to the gym?

Not sure what I am going to do tonite really haven't been in the mood to workout to many marital problems and youngest DDs medical problems and now her dog has ran away I just haven't had the desire. I think I am suffering from some depression and the weather is cold and cloudy and rainy so that is really helping me.

Belinda-I hate it when I can't sleep.
 
Today was a rest day due to my recovery week starting today. My left hip flexor is really tight and was really bothering me yesterday. I thought it would be good to have a rest day. I'll do some cardio tomorrow.

Debbie-I recently found out he has not completly stopped smoking like I thought and we are having some special issues that would be TMI, but it is really affecting my self-esteem which is already low. Thanks for the hugs. That weekend we had that was so great was becaused he smoked that weekend, I just didn't know it.

Have any of you ladies just wanted to give up being married, like you just can't take it anymore? I don't know if I want to continue the struggles we are going through right now, I wish I would never have asked him to quit smoking it has just made everything worse. Sorry to vent.
 
Decided to do High Step Circuit so I could get in some cardio, wts. and abs

Today I did CC 6 and repeated the 3rd challenge. Then I did a little extra steady state on the TM, too. With the stretch I think it was 75 min/ 533 calories.
Belinda, lots of good reasons to not be sleeping at night - jet lag, time change...everything still catching up with you. Hang in there today - I hope you got a good workout at the gym.
Roxie, it's just a rough patch for you all around, isn't it? Being married totally sucks sometimes. But being divorced would be suckier, wouldn't it? You can't change another person. But you CAN work on yourself. This is a great time to focus on YOU! Get up and smile every day, make sure you're putting good things in your mouth, and treat your body well. Exercise it, stretch it, rest it. Be good to yourself, you deserve it. Okay?

Here's what I was scheduled to do today:

Imax, which I was really looking forward to try, but I'm still feeling ill and in pain so decided to not workout today. Not sure how I'll feel tomorrow I guess wait and see.


Roxie- Depression can be a hard thing and it just seems to suck away the energy. I suffer from depression and I do take zoloft for it and it does help so that I'm in a much better up beat sort of mood and helps me to cope much better in a more normal healthy way. It helped me when I talked to my doctor about it and was given a prescription for the zoloft. I'm sorry to hear about the problems or concerns on your plate presently. Hang in there kiddo!;) Sending you hugs and lots of positive thoughts and well wishes.:)

Belinda- It could be just a result of jet lag. I know it can effect people for two or three days before they feel right again. I never have experienced jet lag when I traveled twice from US to Australia. I think I'm a freak of nature to not get jet lag on that long flight. LOL!! I hope your feeling well aside from the jet lag. I hope you get a good nights sleep tonight! Hugs!

I guess I'm probably going to be the last to post today. I didn't get a chance to run yesterday, but got up to run this morning and the treadmill was broken. I ended up doing 30 mins on the eliptical at least, then spent 9 hours in a car. Ugh. It should NOT have taken that long. Tomorrow I think I may do Imax 3 and my weight combo split using PUB and PH. I'm thinking shoulder, biceps, triceps tomorrow. Then Sun back and chest and legs sometime during the week.

Roxie - I have suffered from depression on and off so I really feel your pain. Lots of hugs!
