Today I did CC 6 and repeated the 3rd challenge. Then I did a little extra steady state on the TM, too. With the stretch I think it was 75 min/ 533 calories.
Belinda, lots of good reasons to not be sleeping at night - jet lag, time change...everything still catching up with you. Hang in there today - I hope you got a good workout at the gym.
Roxie, it's just a rough patch for you all around, isn't it? Being married totally sucks sometimes. But being divorced would be suckier, wouldn't it? You can't change another person. But you CAN work on yourself. This is a great time to focus on YOU! Get up and smile every day, make sure you're putting good things in your mouth, and treat your body well. Exercise it, stretch it, rest it. Be good to yourself, you deserve it. Okay?
