Good Morning,

I am getting ready to do SB 1,2,3 need a good cal burn. Then I need to go get my nails done and finish cleaning house. DH says he doesn't feel good looks like the flu is returning to our house this weekend.

Belinda-take it easy today you have worked hard this week.
 
Hey Everyone!

Not sure what I'm going to do today, IF I'm going to do anything at all. I did finish MESO 1 yesterday for weight work, I should do a cardio today, but I have a bunch to do. If I can fit in a quick one , i will do Turbo Jam 20 minute workout + an ab workout.

Belinda: Hope you have a good workout OR a good rest day!!! Either one is good!

Roxie: SB is a fun one! enjoy! .. Hope your husband is ok...

Chris, I thought you were making fun of us with that HUGE font! I'm glad Roxie said something. It was funny, though.... And as a matter of fact, I did/do have doms from Disc 6. Feels so good! Congrats for finishing Meso 1 - way to go! I'm sorry to hear about your meeting on Monday...be sure to keep us posted.

Belinda, I think I saw those foam rollers at performbetter.com but I think they are available even at sporting good stores. Your PT should definitely be able to help you out with it. I've never used one - it's on my "wish list". Just because it seems like it's a great addition to a stretching routine. And I'm loving STS. It's nice to have a rotation. And I'm really enjoying the new things she has sprinkled in there - like the plates!

Nora, if I did 4DS Kickbox I would definitely not be thinking of adding extra cardio. I would be satisfied! It's supposed to be dry here today - yeah! The girls both have soccer games so I won't need to wear my rubber boots!

Debbie, hope you enjoyed your lunch with your husband. I did manage to get just a little zip in on the bike 2 days ago. Maybe after soccer today I'll try to go for a little ride. How exciting for you on your heavy lifting! I'm glad your shoulder seems to be cooperating. Just a couple more weeks and you'll be done with STS!!

Roxie, hopefully your husband won't stress you out while he's sick. Maybe you can get out and go to a bookstore for an hour or two, or treat yourself to a movie. I guess you're getting your nails done - hopefully that can be a relaxing break for you!

Heather, hope you have a great visit at your sister's. Did you end up doing SB the other day? I can't remember now if that's what you were going to do...

I was short on time yesterday, but I did the CTX Step & Intervals cardio portion (no chest work). You know, it totally rocked. 33 min/ 245 calories. Perfect for my time crunch. I'll be doing disc 7 today....

Hi everyone. Hope you all are having a great weekend. I finally got around to doing 30 mins of Imax 2 and PUB + ME chest/back/abs. My biceps are actually sore from yesterday's workout. The weather here is absolutely gorgeous today. Such a nice change! Tomorrow I plan on taking advantage of it and running.

Wendy - I did SB one day this past week, just can't remember which day right off LOL. I did have a great time with my sis yesterday. We only live an hour apart, but I think that's just an hour too far! She really is my very best friend as well as sister.

Chris - I had to laugh when I saw your post. I also thought you were making fun! Teehee!!

Roxie - good job with SB. Love that one.

Holy cow - what's with all the push-ups? I mean, really? I won't even tell you when I went to my bench/knees. And at one point I couldn't get myself pushed up. I just collapsed. Come to think of it, that's about the time my HRM stopped working....must've crushed the poor thing!
Enjoy your afternoon. I'm thinking of going for a motorcycle ride!

Wendy- Nice job on Disc 7! STS is definitely challenging, but so worth it in the end.

Belinda- I'm glad to hear that your benefitting from PT. I thought I'd share a little joke I learned from Stephen King, the author. A few years ago he was hit by a car while out walking near his home and suffered serious injuries. He's ok and recovered from it. He had a very long recovery process learning to walk and move again. He and the other patients he took Physical Therapy with referred to PT as Pain and Torture, that is what it really is! LOL!! I'd never heard PT referred to as that before. He is so funny, the master of horror. I'm hoping your PT is not a pain and torture experience for you.;
