YAY!! It's hump day!! I know try not to think about the camel excited that its hump day, commercial LOL!! I just finished today's workout and will now check in.

Here's today's workout:

ZRopes- Workout #2 = 16 Min
MV= 12.0
CB= 262

XTrain- D6- Cardio Leg Blast= 56 Min
MV= 7.50
CB= 573

Total calories burned= 835:cool:

Belinda- Hi. I have that one with Sara Ivanhoe on the ball yoga, I like her she's very good and pleasant. I haven't done that one in awhile might have to put in the workout rotation for next week. I know that workout gave you a wonderful stretch and should feel great. You'll be all primed for that long walk with the dogs on a nice day, good for you and them. Great workout today nice and doable. Its always good to have those in your back pocket not every workout needs to set Olypmpic workout records, and that's all good too.

Roxie- Nice workout today with Xtrain Burn Sets Bis & Tris, Shape Abs and 30 minutes on the TM, boy that'll make ya sweat and incinerate those calories. I bet you feel awesome after that workout girlfriend,. WTG!! Excellent workout today, high fives!!;):):cool:

Thanks for all your kind words, everyone. I'll be alright. I just need to see what's going on.

No workout today, again I didn't feel like myself this morning. Had another headache and just didn't want to chance it. I'll probably just rest until Monday. Hopefully by then I'll be back to normal.

I did Run/Walk Intervals on the TM for 30 minutes and then my body was screaming for a stretch so I did Total Body Stretching Basic.

Debbie-rest sounds like a good idea, take care of yourself.

Butts & Guts- Premix- Standing Glutes and Abs Timesaver = 49 Min
MV= 6.0
CB= 401

Kick Max- Premix- Low Impact Timesaver = 48 Min
MV= 6.50
CB= 426

Total calories burned= 827:cool:;)

Roxie- WTG with Run/Walk Intervals on the TM for 30 minutes and then Total body stretching basic. Sounds like a very challenging and smart workout, good of you to get that stretch in too! That is a sure fire winner of a workout awesome job and keep up the great workouts!:);)

Debbie- Its good that you listened to your body and rested today and probably til monday. Good for you, enjoy your rest and try to do something fun and relaxing you deserve it! ((Hugs to you and healing prayers)) Take care girlfriend!;)

So I'm feeling much better today but still no workouts. I was going to get up and run on my treadmill but decided against it. Today is the Echo on my heart so if you all would please say a prayer for me that all is the same as before, I would really appreciate it! I hope I find out the results soon.

X-10- Cardio Blast = 26 Min

Roxie- I know what you mean about Hard Strikes, I think its one that you either love it off the bat, or you don't and the more you do it or explore the premixes on it the more it grows on you. I know that for me I did not like it after I did it the first time, I didn't care for all the jumping jacks. Other than that and the push/up and ab work together I like it except for those parts. I love all the premix options allow for more time flexibility. Great job doing Hard Strikes conditioning today, bravo WTG!! Nicely done girlfriend you did it!!! Now go and have a fab Friday!;):D

Here I am your MIA friend! :eek:

Just had a crazy week. Issues with my 14 year old again. Not anything extreme, just being disrespectful and taking off. .Lots of stress, but I did not stress eat! Pretty amazing!

Debbie, sorry to hear of your health issues. I bet the BP meds have something to do with the headaches, or maybe just adjusting to them. I am thinking good thoughts for you today and praying your Echo is ok!!!

Nora, are you doing the November Rotation? Your workouts look similar to mine this week! And I am doing that rotation!! Tough stuff!! My butt is sore!

Belinda, great to see you working out again and feeling good! Funny thing , I READ that some guy that did Whole30 had Plantar Fasciitis and the diet made it go away like nothing else he ever did. I totally doubted it... but my PF has felt ALOT better since eating like this. I'm on day 25!!

Roxie, I think Turbo Jam would be fun to do, do you have Turbo Fire too? Maybe add in some Xtrain weights?

I didn't sleep very well last night so I don't know if I will workout today just really tired.

Chris-I think I have decided to mix CLX with TJ and yes I have TF.
 
Roxie, sounds like you need a nap more than a workout today :) . CLX? Is that chalene? YOu could always mix in TF with TJ if you get bored. Sounds like a good rotation!

I'm "resting" today. My body is beat up from Lower Body work this week! Working my usual overnights this weekend...
 
Hi everyone! No workout today because I have to be at work by 7. :eek:

So the Echo Friday went well. The lady who did the echo said she didn't understand why I was told I had Aortic Bicuspid Disorder. She said she saw three very distinct aortic valves. She said one was shaped like a football but even that is somewhat normal. She said there was a bit of back flow with one of the valves but nothing that she could see would be cause for alarm.

The cardiologist will read the test today and I have a follow-up with my doctor on the 25th. So I'm relieve to hear that I may have had a misdiagnosis all this time. WTH?

The dizzy spells are gone and my headaches are minimal. I felt really good yesterday and so far today, really good. So I'll be back to working out tomorrow.
