Roxie- I know what you mean about Hard Strikes, I think its one that you either love it off the bat, or you don't and the more you do it or explore the premixes on it the more it grows on you. I know that for me I did not like it after I did it the first time, I didn't care for all the jumping jacks. Other than that and the push/up and ab work together I like it except for those parts. I love all the premix options allow for more time flexibility. Great job doing Hard Strikes conditioning today, bravo WTG!! Nicely done girlfriend you did it!!! Now go and have a fab Friday!
