Still in my jammies, but I'm giving serious thought to tackling my LAST disc of MESO 2 (24) and then adding on some cardio to counteract some of those turkey day calories!

Nora: Hi-5's to YOU for doing a workout AFTER your dinner yesterday! I could have NEVER pulled that off! You go!!!
 
Today was P90X Legs & Back. Had an excellent workout. I ate quite a bit yesterday, but I didn't really over do it. I had lots of energy this morning and I don't feel bloated at all. I guess that's good. Could have been worse.

This week I went deeper with all the lunges, used weights in an exercise that I did last week and had great numbers for all the chins and pullups. I am really happy with this workout!

This is how it went:

Balance Lunge (BSS) - 12's/25 reps each side
Calf-Raise Squats - 15's/25 reps
Reverse Grip Chinups - 12 unassisted, 5 assisted
Super Skaters - 25 each side (this time the leg that was off the floor never touched the floor unless I lost my balance.)
Wall Squats - an eternity at high and low levels, did these on the stability ball
Wide Front Pullups - 2 unassisted, 10 Assisted
Step Back Lunges - 12's/15 reps each side
Alternate Side Lunges - 10's/24 reps alternating
Close Grip Overhand Pullups - 5 unassisted, 7 assisted
Single Leg Wall Squats - 1 minute total, 10 second holds each side alternating, used stability ball
Deadlift Squats - 20/side (again, didn't touch the floor unless I lost my balance)
Switch Grip Pullups - 12 total, 6 sets reversing grip, all unassisted

1 minute break

Three-Way Lunge w/kick - 5 each side going side, 45 degree, front
Sneaky Lunges - 20 each side
Reverse Grip Chinups - 7 & 4 unassisted (Last week I used bands)
Chair Salutations - 2 - 30 second chair poses (burned like a mother)
Toe-Roll Iso Lunges - 8's/20 each side (last week I didn't use a weight)
Wide Front Pullups - 5 unassisted, 5 assisted
Groucho Walk - 4 up, 4 back for 45 seconds
Calf Raises - 20's/did 15 reps slow, 10 reps fast with feet turned out, front and in. Should have went heavier
Close Grip Overhand Pullups - 15 reps/used bands with all 3 tensions, this was tough)
80-20 Sieber Speed Squats - 30 a side (I liked these)
Switch Grip Pullups - 11 sets w/band using all tube tensions.

Loved this workout.

Then I did the Ab work from Step, Jump & Pump. Got abs in twice this week! :eek:

Kitties are FINALLY getting along. This morning they have been chasing each other around and can be near each other without hissing. I'm happy. Hopefully this will continue and they be best buddies.

Quick check in! I am done with my workout:D

I did the warm up from Boot Camp and BC" Lower Body only" premix plus Cardio & Weights " Timesaver Compound and Heavy Weights" premix! I didn't do the abs in C&W, to much on my back! Had a great light workout today.

I will try to catch up on personals after I shower and eat some dinner. :p BBL!
 
Hi ladies. I am going to do another 2 weeks of the Oct rotation (repeating weeks 1 & 2). So today was disc 1 chest, shoulder, biceps. I also did 40 mins of Imax 3.

Anyone get up and brave the crowds? I got up and headed over to the mall around 7:45. No spectacular deals really. I was home by 9:30 and then got my workout done. Not sure what I'm going to do with the rest of the day. I do have chores, but that's not fun!

Good job everyone getting in workouts yesterday and already today. You guys rock!
 
Good Afternoon,

Today is GS Back and Bis MM abs and SB 1,2,3. I tweaked my knee felt something tear on the inside putting pepsi in the car so I am alittle nervous about doing any leg work. I haven't done the GS legs I was suppose to do. We are going to put up the tree today and go grocery shopping for dinner on Sunday, and I still have some baking to do.

Heather, congrats on finishing Cathe’s rotation. Have fun the next 2 weeks. WTG, on CF yesterday. DH and I went to your PX here on base, it was a mad house! We bought a 32” flat screen TV for my workout room, it was only $250! Not bad! . They gonna have sales through out the weekend, lol!

Hi girls!

I did LOTS of walking today - 2 trips around the local lake. And there's a nice trail that takes you down to it. Lots of zig zags and slight elevation changes. Probably close to 2 hours total.
Looks like everyone is making up for any indulgences from the last day or two. And great job on the new tv, Belinda!
We're getting ready to head to the airport here in a little bit. I'll be ready to hit the upper body tomorrow!

Hi girls,:)

I'm taking today off and switching today's workout to Saturday and combining them plus maybe adding an iTread 20 min.

I went to a bunch of black friday sales starting at 5am so I'm tired and for me that can mean impaired balance and walking which was the case today so I figured I should just rest and hit it hard working out tomorrow.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and great black friday... See ya at tomorrow's check in.
